This was largely started because other animal rescue farms were spreading rumors. Remember Tiger King and how Joe and Carol were constantly hurling accusations at each other of animal abuse and other irresponsible behavior only for both of them to be complete fucking psychopaths who were both abusing their animals?

That's extremely common with a lot of these small rescue operations. It's psychopaths with savior complexes fighting over attention, adoration, and donations. If they can take down someone who isn't even competing with them, they get to hold that up as evidence that they are more legitimate, that they save more animals, and that they deserve more money and support, and also minor celebrity status.

Save A Fox was not like that, but because she had a good reputation, that made her a target for all these other psychopaths to nitpick everything she did and convince bloodthirsty retards online to go after her and spread the rumors further, so everyone could believe she was a bad person who deserved misery, because someone said they heard she had done something wrong at some point.
