I See Fireworks
The foveola lies within the macula of the primate eye, a region near the center of the retina. It is a small, central pit composed of closely packed cone cells — the cells responsible for color vision — and supporting Muller cells that help maintain the cone cells’ structure and functional stability. Nowhere else are cone receptors longer, slimmer and more densely grouped, giving this region the potential for highest visual acuity in the eye.

Stages of peptic ulcer:
I - erosion - the lesion affects only the mucosa
II - acute ulcer - the lesion affects mucosa and submucosa
III - chronic ulcer - the lesion affects mucosa, submucosa, the muscular layer and the subserosal layer IV - penetrating/perforating ulcer - the entire stomach wall is affected and there is a communication with other abdominal organs or the peritoneal cavity

Verbal memory and helps humans remember and understand language
Allows humans to interpret other people’s emotions and reactions.
Parietal Lobe -
Functions: positioned above the temporal lobe and behind the frontal lobe
