Luigi wakes up from nightmares more often then he'd like to admit, he swears sometimes he wakes up feeling the lava still burning right thru him, melting him alive, feeling himself choke on his own blood.
Sometimes even when waking up from these awful dreams, he does cough some up.
Usually he has to suffer thru these dreams alone, no one there next to him, it's the life he's put on himself from being a nomad.
But this one time, he woke up next to her, and finally was able to get some of the comfort he needed.
He wasn't alone, despite still thinking he deserved to be.

The Story begins when Luigi fell into the lava after his fight with Mario he should have died then and there. But luckily had a one up mushroom given to him by Bowser, the only issue is the one he had was defective, though even Bowser was unaware of that fact.
Instead of simply taking Luigi to the last check point he reached, it gave him a second wind. He had to fight his way out of the lava, he barely survived, but he made it thru and spent a year in hiding, to recover from his wounds.
Luigi spent that year thinking about the events that lead to him almost dying, seeing his life flash before his eyes and having to fight his way out of the lava made something click in his mind. Luigi realized he was a monster that he let Bowser create, he didn't want this to be his fate.
so Luigi took alot of time to himself, to reflect on his actions and who he wanted to be. He didn't want to be in Mario's Shadow, but he didn't want to hurt his brother not anymore.
After enough time had passed to where he had recovered enough both mentally and physically, Luigi turned back to the mushroom kingdom, and confronted his brother, of course Mario was slightly still upset by Luigi's actions, but at the end of the day Luigi was still his brother, and Mario being Mario was glad his brother was still alive.
The two aren't as close as before, but Mario can see his brother just wants a second chance and he's willing to give it to him.
Luigi after all that has happened lead to a big change in himself he's no longer cowardly, he's alot more confident, strong, Though he does suffer from the fact he no longer fears death thus putting himself into more risky situations, he also has small issues with his own self worth.
But he genuinely is trying his best to be a better Luigi then he was before though due to how hard he's trying he often accepts missions that he knows are life threatening simply because he dosen't value his life as much anymore and would rather be a hero then let himself fall again.
Daisy was willing to be friends, but Luigi had changed to much from the man she loved, so the two broke up, it stung but due to all the personal growth he had went thru, he didn't hold it against her, and after everything had been said and done.
Luigi went on a journey of self discovery, alone throughout not only the mushroom kingdom, but all across the land meeting old friends, fighting new foes, and even meeting former enemies from past adventures, some still evil, but some who had genuinely changed.
One of those villains being Nastasia, former right hand of Count Bleck and after meeting her again, and seeing that she had changed much like himself, he decided to give love another chance and shoot his shot. And asked her out on a date, and over time he began genuinely grow to feelings for her, and is thankful for her giving him a chance, and giving her a chance despite what she did in the past slowly teaches the plumber to love himself again.
Luigi does have some negative traits though he still hates Bowser and Dimentio more then anything, what happened to him also has caused him to be alot more quippy and with a slight snark to his own personal villains such as King Boo.
This version of Luigi resembles the version from the Mario's Madness V2, but his outfit is dark green, his overalls are white, his shoes are black, however he keeps his old torn and burnt hat, as a reminder to himself, never to let himself fall to darkness again, he also wears a pair of glasses similar to Nastasia since his eyes don't work so well anymore due to the damage from the Lava.
He is more of a nomad, someone who travels alone or with his new partner, and of course polterpup, but he does still have a home at the hotel with all the redeemed ghosts, he can return to any time.
His powers are about the same as regular Luigi, however he does have the ability to summon a group of Eyeless Boo's to help him in battle, even if he and Bowser aren't on good terms and luigi holds a deep hate for him. Bowser decided to be nice and give him a parting gift, and let him keep the eyeless boo's. Luigi acutally cares alot for them, and likes to keep them close.

Other people will find this one more helpful, but I don't have any WIPS shockingly enough, when I work on my aus, and chararters I typically get it all done at once, sure sometimes I release stories in parts, but currently I have none.

Now, that's a little more difficult, I only have three, I consider true, proper sonic OCS, two more then the others, but in a technical sense I have five.
Dissa, Domino, Techie Kaboom, Dirus, Plutonium
Dissa, Dirus and Plutonium are collaborative OCS, so I share co-ownership with friends.
So I'll give you a brief rundown of all four, plus a fun fact.
Dissa Feline:
Dissa Feline is my first ever selfship fan kid OC. Her parents are the sonic version of my persona, and my friend max @weirdozjunkary Sonic OC named Ira The Feline, she is only 'technically' canon but also not really? To Max's story with Ira.
Dissa Feline is a perfectionist with her own gameshow, that is both an acutal gameshow, but also a death trap, she typically only allows other cat based mobians to participate.
She rarely let's any of her contestants to survive, but does every once and awhile, so people don't get suspicious and people don't start looking into her and her business.
She also suffers from major daddy issues with her father Ira.
Dissa is also a shapeshifter with complete control over her body to a molecular level, she's half cat half bunny in her base form.
However she does have a full bunny version of herself, she has called Miss Lead, where she'll preform as a low-level Idol in night clubs and small venues.

Domino The Cat:
Domino is the owner of her own teahouse named
Heart Drum Tea Burrow.
She's a book worm whenever she isn't running her teahouse, she's what is considered an ambivert, so she uses all her extrovert energy at her job, while at home, she's an introvert and prefers to be given alot of space to recover mentally.
While at work she's calm, sweet, loving to act like your typical motherly figure most days, but on sunday, she runs a speed dating event where she dresses as a nun, and can be a little saucy, but that's just a small part of her, she's not like that all of the time.
She's knows just about everyone, and the juiciest gossip but she won't spill the tea, unless she get's permission from the person she's talking about.
She also has met and talked to every one of Max's sonic ocs, at least once, her favorite one is Mallory.
Fun Fact:
Domino is the first time I've ever bought an adoptable character from someone, that someone being my friend max.
Techie Kaboom:
Techie Kaboom dosen't have much to tell about him, he comes from 200 years into the future of Sonic's timeline, during silver's time, he's the descendent of tails, and he's a pyromaniac and arsonist, he's had to get a few limbs and organs replaced with robotics.
And while in his story he started out as a big fan of sonic, due to everything he's heard from his entire family, now he dosen't know what to think, due to his experience with Hologram Sonic/Hologram.Bin
Fun Fact:
The only form of mint he likes, is junior mints, he dosen't understand why either, but it's the only thing with mint he'll eat, anything else he finds disgusting.
Dirus Harold Hog:
Dirus is a semi-horror but also comedy OC, made for me and my friend Roses aka an-artist-place-for-extra-art.
He comes from an Isekai based AU, where a human man from our world ended up in the sonic universe, and he keeps accidently killing sonic chararters, like when first appearing he appeared right where classic sonic was standing.
It's never by his own hand sonic chararters die, it's stuff completely unrelated to him, but other chararters think it's him because he's around when it happens.
His biggest joke would become that 95% of people he meets are absolutely terrified of him, even other horror chararters, despite the fact he's just a very short guy in a sonic mask.
Fun Fact:
He considers Slammer Sonic to be his brother, Slammer does not.
Plutonium The Mongoose:
A Business woman originally created for me and my friend max aka Weirdozjunkary's Horror AU Curse Of The Hedgehog aka Coth, she originally wasn't going to have an important role, but slowly over time me and max grew to enjoy her more.
She's a relatively normal woman, married to a star-nosed mole named Copper, though she is autistic and shows her affection thru aggressive means at times, such as biting people she considers friends.
She is currently part of Max's AU HAWTTEOTW working alongside Ira, Carmine, Sleet, and Key.
I like to think that due to her origins coming from COTH, she suffers from Insomnia.
Fun Fact: The only person in her workplace she has not bit is Ira.

I mean yeah of course they could be hero's. It's not about what your powers are, it's how you use them, your actions as a person, and towards other people.
A Hero could have any powers.
Such as Poison
A Villain could have any powers.
Such as Healing.
The powers don't determine your fate, it's who you choose to be.
I think their are both good things and bad things about having a yumeship/self-ship for a lesser known series.
Pro
Your likely to be one of the only people who has that character as your fictional other, and it makes it feel more special
(Not that I'm a non-sharing person, I acutally welcome sharing the character with others, it just feels kinda nice knowing your the possible first!)

Since the series is smaller and lesser known, you also won't have many people who even know it exists, and can't appreciate it's story and chararters!
And that is always a shame, because a series always deserves attention, and should be recognized more by the wider community.
So this is also my personal promotion for Cartoon Therapy.
It's a genuinely really good more niche indie series, which recently had a new episode! Nico Cartoon is a wonderful man! And deserves alot more love and respect!
If you like dark mysteries, and a little bit of zany humor, I genuinely think it would be something you might enjoy.
