first person: we alternate between I and we
second person: any are fine (including ones like you&, you*, etc)
third person: collectively they/it is usually fine, but if you know a member's pronouns that's preferred! again our systemhood is complicated and there would be more info on our sp/pluralspace if you wanted to know
our Pluralspace is jackpotnp (currently using pluralspace after the discontinuation of sp, but most sys info is still up-to-date there)
we're diagnosed audhd + depression! mostly writing that down for the sake of having it somewhere. audhd is generally collective (although our severe executive dysfunction can fluctuate, depending)
we heavily suspect that we have STPD, AVPD, a collection of Cluster B symptoms that are too mixed and inconsistent to label as of now (primarily NPD, ASPD, and BPD, but a few HPD symptoms as well), OSDD-1, and Non-24-Hour Sleep-wake Disorder (relatively unknown, hence the link). we are also currently looking into POTS and possibly Schizoaffective Disorder rather than STPD.
despite all this, please do not call us neurodivergent, differently abled, mental health/menhera, or jokey terms like neurospicy. we do not feel comfortable with those terms. instead, feel free to use mentally ill, disabled, or more specific terms such as autist. this is not commentary on those terms (although i can in fact make commentary on them), it's just a boundary we have due to our past experiences with that kind of language
no dni, we block freely and with an iron fist (but never out of nowhere!) (and also for mundane things, if we blocked you its probably nothing or an "us" problem that you dont need to worry about)
before you follow, though, we do bring up possibly upsetting things like syscourse, and we generally post a lot about non-fandom interests. we also sometimes vent on this blog (though we have a sideblog where the majority of that goes), so please be aware and cautious. the tag is #urgurg 2
we usually tag common triggers + food and syscourse, and most other things that can commonly be thought of as upsetting. we arent entirely thorough but definitely try to be. we also tag undescribed posts (#no image id, #no video description, #no audio description)

our special interests/general interests include (but are not limited to): rhythm games, vocal synthesizer technology, music theory/production, web decor, plurality, fashion, computers&programs, hard/softmodding, linguistics, analyzing writing, organization (yes, organizing certain things/categorizing them), and a lot more that i wont list because it would be super long. please note that to us, there isnt a barrier between special interests, general interests, and hyperfixations. we are autistic about everything so it doesnt matter to us personally. all of these give us tingly happy feelings so theyre close enough to an "interest"
as you can tell, i tend to have a weird speaking style (our subsystem that hosts speaks similarly all-around with slight differences), and that can change sometimes depending on mood. if you scroll through our blog when its about 7pm est youre likely to see that in action. overall fairly casual with disregard for proper punctuation and spelling (prioritizing expression) but with a wide vocabulary that can come off as formal. also, we don't know the difference between affect and effect and refuse to learn. raging against the system, we are. sorry i dont know when this turned into lets analyze our speech patterns

no, you don't sound ridiculous at all! i think this stuff relates to plurality, if i remember correctly? we've treated patients with more than one heartbeat before. im sure we can treat yours or your alters.
