Daisy Johnson headed West to California, hot on the trail to find her parents. Instead she found Sheriff Robbie Reyes who didn’t appreciate a New York gal poking her nose around.

They spend all of Spring and Summer together, and when Daisy leaves they have fallen in love. 

Robbie’s parting gift is a simple bouquet of Ambrosia, to let her know he feels the way she does, and his promise to write.

When Daisy’s letters stop coming, Robbie decides to turn in his badge and go look for her. 

That’s what you do when there is mutual love.

Magic, Mystery and Mops?

Daisy hated her job. It paid the bills but at what cost. Cleaning up after people who belittle her at any given moment caused more harm then good. 

One night, cleaning up after an icy incident, she heard bumps and groans coming from the closet. Her closet. Holding her mop in hand, she opened the door, watching a young man fall out with his mouth and hands taped up. His eyes landed on her with sheer panic across them. 

Helping the poor man, Daisy ripped the tape from his mouth, wincing at his pain. 

The man coughed. Looking around, he asked Daisy a question that gave her worry. Worry that would follow her for years to come. 

“What year is it?”
