Drawing this legitimately brought me so much joy. I think I have the wherewithal to actually go to work tonight thanks to this

This is a character from the latest campaign I've joined. She is a half-orc, and her lowest stat is intelligence, which can be really fun during roleplay portions of the game 😂

I busted out the colored pencils for the first time in a long time, and it was actually really relaxing. It's not quite finished, but I still wanted to share

An expression sheet of my fav, because it's been a hot minute since I gave her some love. Work has been a lot and I haven't had time to sit down and draw the way I would like. I gotta carve out time once in awhile or my soul dies.

so. i was not happy with the 3D models of horses on offer in the CSP store or literally anywhere else i could find them, i needed one to use for my work, and i went ahead and made my own that is now available for the low low price of FREE in the CSP assets store.

textures included are greyscale basic shapes, multicolor basic shapes, and white with no shapes (but eyes, mouth, nostrils, and hooves emphasized for ease).

shape is ROUGHLY based off the silhouette of an Andalusian. size-wise, it by default stands at around 16 hands, but of course it can be resized to suit your needs. for that, I recommend sizing a human pose doll to the correct height (in centimeters), lining them up on the same plane, and resizing the horse to match the human doll's height. remember that a horse's height is measured at the shoulders!

A sketch I finally got around to finishing. My take on the Archeron sisters (Feyre, Elain, and Nesta) from the ACOTAR series. From the beginning of the series, to the end of book 5. I'm looking forward to the 6th book! I hope we get an Elain storyline.

A revamp of an older art piece, including a closer comparison look at the details. It's fun to see how much my art has advanced, even if my favorite fandoms are the same. Now to see if I can figure out how to add it to my Tooth blog as the background like I want to.

This is all I ended up drawing for MerMay this month. It's been so BUSY, way more than I thought. I even forgot the head fin on the first drawing 😬 At least I got something on paper

Okay I JUST realized I never posted these on here—- BUT BASICALLY, about a year and a half ago I started doing these experimental black hairstyle posts that were threads long on Twitter, to give artists a source of inspo for their black ocs whose hair they wanted to try something new with! There’s more to black hair than just the selected styles portrayed in media, and I thought it would be fun to show people how much texture, shape, fades, length, and style can be combined when drawing black hair—-cause it’s a kind of manipulation our hair can do irl! The OG posts were lost with the hacking of my original Twitter account (@/bagels_donuts) but I’ve since reuploaded the whole thread to my new Twitter (@/ItsDonutsFR)! I hope artists on tumblr find these useful, sorry it took me so long to post them here😭🙏🏾 I’ll upload them all in parts!
