let's talk about everything falling through the cracks Eddie line. the whole season Eddie has been trying to help people that needed help: Abigail, the immigrants, Buck. and the show went out of its way to show how much Eddie cares.

the last episode really textualized that feelings about ALL the events of this season are boiling up inside Eddie. Writers, directors and Ryan himself this season have been working on that set to show us in delicate ways that Eddie is going through something.

it's very important because we will get the biggest Eddie moment next episode and I have a lot of hope for that considering they created a perfect buildup starting from that lady's leg amputation to migrants getting kidnapped by ICE

I think what Eddie's been feeling could be running out of time, amongst other things. as if he's been waiting for things to get better, to get hopeful again, but that just doesn't happen – opposite of it actually. and I think the idea for Eddie's character is to understand that he doesn't have time to wait for happiness to knock on his door, but what he has time for is to open the door himself and be happy

we all know Theo and Boris had a sexual relationship sometimes but I Cannot for the life of me imagine that they ever kissed (except for that one time). and I feel like that’s so paradoxical because in my mind their friendship was super intimate in every other way, but kissing??? Idk about that one chief.

Okay, I know a lot of people think they probably kissed multiple times before the parting scene, and that Theo just didn’t bring it up (which technically is plausible), but I personally just never felt that way either. Kissing on the mouth is something far more weighty than just messing around sexually. It’s intimate and forward and close in a way that wouldn’t have been done by two boys who were actively trying to repress their feelings, two boys who both convinced themselves that what they had was purely for the sake of sexual gratification, nothing else. Kissing on the lips, I think, would’ve been seen as too risky to them. Too ‘gay’ for Theo and too implicative of romantic attachment for Boris. And aside from all that, Theo’s stunned, breathless, reaction to Boris kissing him goodbye suggests that this wasn’t exactly a common occurrence. That kiss being their first one also kind of makes sense given the last minute timing—Boris only being pushed into doing it because he was about to lose Theo, and also feeling free to do it because he knew there wouldn’t be time for them to confront each other about it after.

BLOCK - You could make sure you never have to see certain movies, TV shows, or episodes again. I personally would immediately block everything after season 5, episode 3 of Community.

RESET - Reset all your progress on a TV show. Never click on an episode and have the credits play again.

January & Poppy - Friends

Alex is an Augustus Everett fan and I feel like he and Poppy would go to North Bear Shores (probably for an author meet & greet) and Poppy and January would love each other, they would totally stay in touch and also Poppy would be obsessed with Pete.

January & Nora - Business Relationship

Charlie was January's editor for The Family Marconi, and I can see him or Nora being her editor again if she writes literary fiction again.

January & Harriet - Strangers

While Kimmi knows January and Gus from college, and Parth seems to hate read the book they wrote together, I don't see these two ever meeting.

Poppy & Nora - They Know Each Other

Alex would get Poppy hooked on Once in a Lifetime and they would absolutely visit Sunshine Falls and go to Goode Books ,and Poppy and Libby would hit it off immediately and Libby would love Poppy's blog. If Alex were to ever write a book I can see Libby connecting him with Charlie and/or Nora but personally I think Charlie would be a better fit editor for Alex, just my opinion, idk if I can explain why.

Poppy & Harriet - Met on Vacation

I think Poppy and Alex would go to the Lobster festival in Maine and meet Harriet and Wyn and all their friends but I don't think specifically Poppy and Harriet would hit it off. I can definitely see her being obsessed with Cleo & Kimmi.

Poppy & Daphne - Blogger & Fan

I can see Daphne loving Poppy's blog for some reason, I'm not sure why. The way Poppy describes meeting new people feels similiar to how Daphne feels about finding a good book.

Nora & Harriet - Strangers

I don't think Nora and Harriet would ever meet but if they did, I don't think they would necessarily like or dislike each other.

I only see these two interacting in the case of Daphne setting up library events involving an author of Nora's or Charlie's - possibly January. I think they would like each other but not really be friends.

I know this is boring but Harriet really doesn't have the connections to the book world that the others do and I don't think there's a lot of chances of Harriet meeting the others. If these two did meet, I think they would like each other.
