Welcome to the MonoMono HeadCanon Machine! This blog is home to just about every ship/character headcanon my brain has come up with and will (hopefully) update regularly with new character and ship headcanons. All headcanons will be tagged with the character included as well as any ships included so you can find and/or blacklist anything you want or don’t want to see. Also, anything tagged with character headcanon can also be read as ship if you want to, it’s just not as explicitly shippy as anything tagged with ship headcanon. Mahiru x Mikan

Even though Mikan and Hiyoko don’t really get along, the minute Hiyoko realizes Mahiru and Mikan have mutual crushes on each other, she starts giving Mikan mean yet helpful advice on how to confess to Mahiru. It’s the start of a strange yet cute friendship as Hiyoko becomes the #1 supporter of Mahiru x Mikan.

This blog is about matching danganronpa characters however you please! Talk to them! Force them to some activities! Do whatever you can come up with to deepen the bond even extreme stuff like locking them up together!

ALL ships but incest are welcome (so uh only Junko x Mukuro and Makoto x Komaru is unavailable). Yeah Komaru is here too I don't wanna exclude her-

All cannon feelings are non-existent! Even the one's like Toko towards Byakuya! I don't want to be a judge of who has feelings for who on the start and also it will be less fun if some ships were far too easy to do.

Some bonding asks you can send! But those are just ideas:

Say something nice about x to y- this one might both get them closer or do the exact opposite. If you let's say spam saying nice stuff about Angie to Ryoma he might get suspicious and start not believing much that will be told about her. Remember that you also have to watch your words carefully! Since you can say something that will either damage or just not improve at all their relationship (but please don't sabotage ships you dislike). Saying things also improves the relationship only one way.

Have them work together- in this setup they are in school so you can make it that so they will clean together while having a chat.

Plan a date- pretty self explanatory.

Basically anything you can come up with!

Ofc some characters aren't easy to impress so many actions (but not all) won't be changing much the relationships or can have different outcomes, those characters are:

Byakuya, Junko, Celestia, Kokichi and Fuyuhiko. Tenko also will be harder to pair up with boys but it's not impossible.

Since some are hard to do it's only natural that some will be easy to do. And they are:

Mikan, Leon, Himiko, Mukuro and Kazuichi. Tenko will have the same thing towards girls.

You can also check status of a character to know how close they are in their opinion with others. It is possible that those feelings will be just one sided!

Junko has an extremely low alcohol tolerance and becomes even more despair-obsessed than usual when she’s drunk

Several times a year, the athletes of Hope’s Peak Academy all get together and go paintballing. The other students are more than welcome to tag along, but it’s a brutal free for all. Mukuro has managed to sweep the competition every time she’s participated though Maki, Sakura, and Makoto (somehow??) have all given her a run for her money

Mondo x Ishimaru

Despite Mondo seeming very worldly, he’d actually never kissed anyone prior to dating Taka. lshimaru hadn’t kissed anyone either (his knowledge came from searching “boys kissing” when he was younger) but absolutely knocked Mondo’s socks off by being the one to take initiative with their first kiss. He’s a surprisingly good kisser too

Nagito breaks a bone almost every other month but it's almost always a minor bone like a pinky finger or wrist of his non-dominant hand. Relatively pretty lucky except for the fact that he can't go a month without getting injured again.

Yes yes yes! I love writing for Teruteru (he’s one of my faves) and, even though I’ve got less of a grasp on Ryoma’s character, I write hcs for him too. I don’t have any blacklisted characters in general either, so feel free to request whoever! :D

Funny thing, I was thinking of this interesting concept on Shuichi’s “I don’t deserve my talent” line is him being literal about it. I mean by a au where Shuichi in reality the very first case he solved that earned his talent he didn’t really solve it. It’s actually a tampered crime scene by the police who actually killed the victim. Shuichi unintentionally assumed it was the innocent suspect and falsely got him arrested without realizing it until it’s too late. He didn’t know that (con)

(2/2) Shuichi found out a few months after solving the case after rechecking the case. When he found out things didn’t add up. Then the corrupted police told him if he reveals anything, then all of the blame will be pinned on only Shuichi and his uncle. Basically scapegoating him and leaving him burdened as a fake detective. I’ve imagine it being a ch 2 or 3 motive with dark secrets with him being the blackened or victim, though he heroically dies. It’s foreshadowing how he relies on Kaede solving the cases and passively agreeing. Maybe in the second chapter it shows how bad his detective skills by almost getting the wrong blackened until Kokichi points out a forgotten detail. The next chapter gives out his death flags.

Togami x Toko

Everytime Toko starts working on a book with a foreign setting, Togami will not so subtly book a trip for them to go visit the place. He always has all sorts of tsundere excuses for it, but Toko can see through them easily.
