Are you still doing headcanons??

The short answer is, well, yes, but not at the moment!

Long answer:

I haven’t done those in a while, but for the time being, I hope you can bear with me and wait a little more. I’ve been so busy with school (big exams this week and next week!) and life that I’ve forgotten about this blog and I haven’t gotten around to doing any more headcanons! I’ve been planning some things for this and the twitter I made months ago but haven’t used yet, and decided to start fresh again. So, yes, I’m still doing headcanons, but requests made long ago will be cleared out. Askbox is open, I just won’t get around to them until later.

How to help your angelic partner/friend

so this is as little guide for people with angelic partners and friends, since my own partner is fantastic at making me feel better.

-talk about their wings, how they are still holy without them, or how beautiful they are

-talk about their memories

-especially if a partner, use pet names/nicknames like “angel” (e.g. I love you angel)

-run your hands through their wings/over their backs

-help them find ways to feel more at home

-talk of their home, whether that be heaven, the otherworld and so on

-teach each other new and more beautiful words (I love doing this)

-run them surprise milk baths

-take them to their holy place if they have one

THIS IS THE ACTUAL HELP ARTICLE.

I’m going to pull an excerpt directly from it for all my monster writers who are concerned:

“What is still permitted?     Examples of exceptions that are still permitted…  Written content such as erotica, nudity related to political or newsworthy speech, and nudity found in art, such as sculptures and illustrations, are also stuff that can be freely posted on Tumblr.”

GUYS. Writings are FINE. 

In addition, blogs aren’t just going to be deleted for being marked as explicit; they’re going to be set to private. Same with any adult content posts. Nothing is just going to be deleted off your page (at this point) and they’re not just going to wipe your blog off the net.

I know this sucks, but there’s still things that you can create here on tumblr. It’s not the best thing in the world, don’t get me wrong, but it isn’t the end of NSFW monster blogs as we know it. It’s just going to take some adjustments.

If you needed the info or know someone who does, please show them the actual article. Wild speculation doesn’t help anybody.

Not really...although Driders are a bit unnerving for me since I’m afraid of spiders. Kelpies are creepy to me too bc water is spooky

Alien- What words and descriptions really get you going?

This is an interesting question... I do like descriptions on how a monster speaks, or their mannerisms, if that answers the question!

Beholder- Which do you prefer, ‘beautiful’ monsters or terrifying ones? (Both is an option)

Both, definitely! I do lean a little on the ‘beautiful side’ but my type of beautiful is different than other people’s type

Demon- What personality traits do you tend to like in monsters?

Protective is probably my number one, you might see that a lot in the headcanons I write...😅 I also really like cuddly and romantic, and even yandere from time to time..
