This is my second week of summer vacations and I’m still at the sea chasing the sun and bathing as much as possible, but my summer shopping days haven’t gone yet! My latest purchase is a super cool bikini by Sücrette, that I bought at their concept store in Lecce, my town. I discovered this brand by chance and for me, it can be synthesized as a mix of French taste and high quality Italian manufacture. It has nothing to share with most of the commercial swimwear you can find around, first of all because they do panties and not just thongs! Another thing (and this is miraculous).. you can cover your boobs with an S size when you are an S size!!! This fact is unusual for me, since over these last years I had to wear M or L just not to seem naked in my S proportions..! So, once tried on this marvelous and right sized bikini, I also found it gave me what I call the finesse française I was searching for. It’s all about looking simply perfect without being compressed and unnaturally inflated! The emerald-green of my model is just fantastic and it’s delicious over the tan. The fabric is also really light and soft, and the brand has an interesting environmental policy (have a look to the label). Then, every piece is completely handmade and you know, Italian Manufacture is always the best quality guarantee, because it’s so true.. Italians do it better!!! :)
Questa è la mia seconda settimana di vacanze e sono sempre qui al mare ad inseguire il sole e fare quanti più bagni è possibile, ma i miei giorni di shopping non sono ancora arrivati al termine! Il mio ultimo acquisto è un bellissimo bikini di Sücrette, comprato nel concept store di Lecce, la mia città. Ho scoperto questo brand per caso e per me è stata una rivelazione. Per sintetizzare, trovo che si possa parlare di un mix dal gusto francese e dalla qualità artigianale tipicamente italiana. Non ha niente a che vedere con la maggior parte dello swimwear più diffuso e commerciale, prima di tutto perché fanno slip e non solo tanga! Un’altra cosa ( che ha del miracoloso)… è che le taglie sono “in tabella”, quindi se siete una S potrete acquistare tranquillamente una S!!! Viene da sorridere, ma negli ultimi anni, pur essendo matematicamente una S, ho dovuto spesso acquistare delle M o delle L per avere la giusta vestibilità! Così, appena indossato questo meraviglioso bikini, ho trovato quella che chiamo finesse française ( la cercavo da un po’). Tutto sta nell’avere un aspetto magnifico senza sembrare compresse e con “gonfiori” innaturali! Il verde smeraldo del mio modello è fantastico e con l’abbronzatura è ancora meglio. Anche il tessuto è davvero morbido e leggero; inoltre il brand ha una politica ambientale interessante ( date uno sguardo all’etichetta). E per finire, ogni articolo è realizzato a mano e come tutti sappiamo, l’artigianato italiano è sempre la migliore garanzia di qualità, perché è proprio vero… Italians do it better!!! :)
