because i cant draw without music, my fellow dark lords on reddit fed me well with spooky vampire spawn battle music from their games and this happened. I've put what i could into a playlist and am going to use it in my own campaign.

Myrtle - from The Old Bonegrinder - Before rescue, after rescue, failed rescue

here's Myrtle from The Old Bonegrinder / Village of Barovia. i drew the crying version a couple weeks back and was asked to do a happy variant to lift the mood for after she's been rescued . i really loved the idea especially after hearing stories of parties rescuing the children and buying them toys from Blinskys. i thought it was adorable so here she is holding a teddy and smiling.

Male and Female Strahd Dialogue: Male Strahd: "A toast to our guests!... and I thought I had to worry about age as a male. The years haven't been kind to you." Female Strahd responds: "Ah, what a waste of a good brother. You were right to be jealous." i wanted to see what my male and female Strahd looked like next to eachother. now i know.

and now i want someone to make a guide where their two barovias are merged and they ally because they're unable to permanently kill the other... and also just so i can enjoy their toxic bickering.

Song Inspiration for this piece: Mechanicus OST - Children of the Omnissiah the algorithm autoplayed it for me the other day while i was gathering references to draw his Deva form. the track is so incredible it gave me shivers. very inspiring stuff.

i was burning the midnight oil this week trying to get him done in time for Obidougs stream tomorrow juuust in case his players either offended or picked a fight.

I really pushed myself with this artwork and I learnt a lot. I'm pretty proud of it and i hope you dears like him too.

My husband thinks he looks like a greek god and that the party will take one look at his true form and nope right outta there.

I tried to make him a more taller, mature and muscular version of my 'Youthful Abbot'.

Uhh and I admit i've made him extra sexy purely to torment Obidougs female players, his human form already has a couple of them swooning: "He's so innocent and cute!" I can't wait to see them tortured with him haha!

I added two "morningstar" flails as i thought it would look badass and intimidating, as well since the Deva statblock has multiattack changing the weapon doesnt affect anything its just aesthetics. and i love it

this is my husbands PC called 'Darcassan' from our game. He looted the top hat from the Death House, it belonged to gustav durst.

His character is a Bloodhunter, Order of the Mutant from Waterdeep. He's a monster hunter, basically a witcher. FemStrahd will be his biggest hunt yet, at the moment he believes she's just an ordinary vampire and this will be a hunt much like any other.

we have private DnD dates where i try to kill and seduce his characters, sometimes both at the same time.

my husband chose his characters appearance including his design and colour palate all on his own.

It was really easy to design since he had such strong character ideas. He's really chuffed about how he turned out and asked me to share, here's a handsome monster hunter thats kicking around in my barovia.

Strahd taking a dirt nap... song inspiration for this scene: Van Helsing - Transylvania 1887

In my head the rhythmic beat of the song is in time with Rudolphs hammer strikes. He inhales and puts all his strength into each swing, smashing the stake in further each time.

In the raw module Strahd is stated as not fearing an old man with a death wish, but I have always wondered if that would hold true in the event he's paralyzed and at the vampire hunters mercy.
