(( Hey everyone, this year I really branched out with my muses and really pushed myself, and that was definitely something that’s lead me to a lot of friends and some growth in my writing, but I think it’s kinda caught up to me. I’m gonna cut back and put the following blogs on an official hiatus:

Of course, it doesn’t change that much since I haven’t been posting on them with any sort of frequency lately, but knowing that has been a bit taxing for various reasons I won’t bore you guys with. I may be open to threads on discord every now and then, but other than that, these muses are basically retiring indefinitely. Maybe one day when I’m in a better headspace to write them, but I don’t think that’s any time soon.

She could feel herself unraveling with the braids and pins. Aqua was warm and sweet to kiss, soft and safe to hold. It felt like the warm mists of an early summer morning creeping over her as they cuddled and kisses and lost themselves in a place so very far and very near from her bed.

“Aqua- OH!” It’s a louder cry, almost a shriek, in surprise when Aqua deftly switched their places. Golden hair threw itself over her shoulders and blinded her, just for a moment, and she pulled the gleaming curtain away from her features with a giggle.

But the giggles are soon replaced with something more somber, much more wanting. Her teeth toy with her lips, and so very softly she leaned forward to steal another kiss. “Have you I shall.” She hummed, barely above the sound of her breath. Her lips slowly turned, pensive and careful as her kisses dragged across Aqua’s cheek to her jaw, her neck, while her hands so very hesitantly began smoothing over Aqua’s figure.

She wanted them both to remember this. Remember each other.

Aqua could help but laugh as Luna pressed her lips to hers, the both of them utterly caught up in the moment’s jubilation.

“Hmm… you seem quite serious,” she said, raising a single eyebrow. “I suppose I should be serious, too.”

She rose up on the ball of her foot, extended the other foot behind her, and raised her hands high above her head in a loose circle. She held steady like that, a channeling smile till gracing her face.  “Well…?”

“Beautiful.” Luna moved to hold Aqua’s waist, and gently pulled in the hopes of helping her turn like a figure she had seen in a music box once. She moved carefully, unsure how to place her feet besides delicate, purposeful steps, until eventually she backed away and slowly twirled and rose to her tiptoes as well.

Her balance was not quite the mastery of her lover’s, but she could hold herself for a moment or so as she held out her hand for Aqua’s support, wobbling but steady enough not to fall over.

“I think it’s... manageable.” She admitted with a laugh.
