You wanna use this psd when you have a high saturation on your photo. To amplify this effect, you may have to use gaussian blur: Duplicate you layer with ctrl+j With the bottom picture selected go to filter > blur > gaussian blur. The amount will vary according to your picture, use your instincts. Select the top picture and set the blending mode to “overlay” If it is too much you can select the bottom image and low the opacity. Download here
