I had allergies, they were gone completely in a week

How to enter the void state

There is more than one way but I'll give you a quick way to do it. This is the one that a lot of people prefer.

Go to bed.

Lay in silence, just observing your breath.

You might start feeling sleepy.

Do not sleep, be mentally awake.

You'll start feeling everything around you fade.

Observe the darkness. Do not imagine anything. Just watch.

(Yes, I am aware that some have mental scenarios and conversations going on. So you stop engaging with that? Not if you don't want to. You can do what you usually do until you get sleepy. So, please tweak this accordingly.)

Remember, sensations and experiences are different.

Note: If you're unconscious, it means you fell asleep.

❤︎ i LOVE to make lists, so i make lists of my manifestations and affirm something along the lines of "i manifested everything on my list"

🧁 i listen to 4-8 hZ frequencies to target my subconscious while i consciously affirm but only when i remember

❤︎ i also LOVE subliminals cuz its such easy subconscious saturation so i make a sub playlist and title it the month that im in (ex, october) and then i'll put a bunch of subliminals relating to the things on my list

🧁 i like to read and write vaunts about self concept or whatever im manifesting cuz it feels like im reading the script on who things are gonna go down

i also rly love to do focused affirming but only when i want to. as long as ur thinking as if u already have it and standing on that, you'll manifest point blank period. methods are nothing but a tool and everyone is different 💭💕

10 minute method & limiting belief debunking.

This technique is when you either can set a timer for 10 minutes, and straight robotically affirm. It’s better if you do this like 3 times a day, especially if you waver when robotically affirming! This method is so powerful and helps to saturate your subconscious with your dominant thoughts you want to manifest. You can play a subliminal in the background while your affirming, or play a game, anything ! As long as you affirm 10 minutes straight. You can also do longer then 10 if you want, but minimum 10 minutes. Some people may ask “isn’t this coming from a state of lack because you shouldn’t force yourself to affirm straight” no..it isn’t. I just realized this was such a limiting belief i had for such a long time that you had to think “from, and not try to “want or get” your manifestation. Are you wanting this from a place of lack? If so, nope. Not having it. I’m not going to give it to you.” NO. your subconscious doesn’t have a mind, brain, or soul of its own. It’s literally you. Plus, if you really want your desire and you know exactly how to get it, stop being lazy and affirm and persist. As well as, your subconscious just knows that your focusing on __ (your desire) more so that’s what it’s gonna display in your reality. Plus, I promise you after doing this your going to feel so fullfilled!
