hi! this is my first post, don't mind if it looks weird 🤍
I'm making this post to share my 'method' that helped me lucid dream consistently, I hope this can help you in some way if you intend to use the lucid dream method.
The most lucid dreams I had was 5 in a month.
Firstly, meditation. Yes, you heard me, meditation.
I know you guys hate this but stay with me. It helped me a lot, when I meditated daily it made me become aware I'm dreaming and notice something's off. It also made my dreams WAY more vivid and I could remember them clearly.
When I stopped meditating, my awareness dropped and I stopped becoming lucid, so, try it out.
The usual, journaling.
I used a notion dream journal template and speech to text since it was quicker and more fun to remember hehe. This one is the closest to the one I had.
Dream journaling helped me log my shifting attempts where I would go into detail on how I tried to shift or become lucid, for example;
"I was affirming ‘i am in my desired reality’ the surroundings began to warp, I remember seeing a white tile wall, also my thoughts were kinda a mess because I couldn't decide what to visualize, next thing is I woke up I think."
This way you can write down what you tried and tweak it.
"i kept saying in my head “I'm dreaming, I know I'm dreaming” trying it to be my last thought before I fall asleep and guess what it worked on the first night 😛🤪 I'm goated like that"
This brings us to the next point, affirming.
What I did was simple, I kept repeating in my head as i fell asleep; "Im dreaming. I know I'm dreaming."
Here's a tip if you struggle to fall asleep! Focus on your breathing!
The important part is that you affirm as if it's already happening, NOT 'I will lucid dream.' or something like that. As you can see it worked on my first try and how it worked was that I either would get immediately dropped into a dream or become lucid as the dream unfolded.
That's honestly all!
I didn't do reality checks, they're honestly a waste of time and this is what I found out that worked personally for me.
I haven't lucid dreamt since getting on new medication (at the start of 2025) that curbed my dream memory and vividness. I've already switched meds again but it really hasn't been the same since. But hey, theres plenty of other ways to shift.

WHAT IS HYPNAGOGIA AND HYPNOPOMPIA
— hypnagogia is the transition state between wakefulness and sleep. hypnopompia, on the contrary, is a condition that occurs during the transition state from sleep into wakefulness. both of these states are accompanied by involuntary thoughts, images, fragments of memories, as well as vivid visual and auditory hallucinations (like waking dreams), often along with sensations of levitation or falling —during hypnagogia or hypnapompia, your body is relaxed but your mind is active, making your subconscious mind receptive. “during hypnagogia, you are in a powerful state in which every assumption instantly bypasses your conscious mind, going directly to your subconscious; being absorbed like a sponge thus easily believing anything”
SYMPTOMS
visual hallucinations: flashes of light, geometric shapes or patterns, vivid images of people, animals, or scenes auditory hallucinations: music, voices, knocking, buzzing, ringing, whisper, hearing your name, explosions, bangs tactile and somatic hallucinations: sensations of floating, flying, falling, rotating, swaying, rubbing, light touch, bugs crawling on the skin hypnic jerks: sudden muscle spasms or jerks that may wake a person up, often associated with a falling sensation. in my own case, i observed that the index finger rose on its own or the hand clenched into a fist if you think you've experienced hypnagogia or hypnopompia, you probably have. besides, we are all different, so the symptoms of hypnagogia and hypnopomia will be different for everyone
Hello Mason! I hope you are doing well! I wanted to ask you what your opinion on scripting you won’t get/can get trauma is?
Some people believe that regardless of whether or not you script you can’t get trauma you can still get it cause that’s how the brain works and trauma is tied to your awareness which is to you, and others argue that if you shift to reality where you can’t get trauma even while going through traumatic things it’ll work.
I saw one person saying that your subconscious controls trauma. Even if you script it won’t happen. Because your subconscious runs on patterns and declarations, and your script has no power by itself.
Some people say when they shifted back here they got trauma even when they scripted they wouldn’t, and is that because of their assumption’s or maybe they didn’t think about not being affected when they came back here, and it’s just because of how their brain works here?
I feel like people don’t consider possibilities that the brain could be different in other realities and that the way a human brain works here is rather different from how other brains work in other realities… like I don’t understand why someone would apply this reality’s science to others and imply that the brain you have here is the same everywhere else, when the only thing that stays the same is awareness.
This person also claims that your script can never be 100% accurate or true and that even if you script you don’t want something to happen it’ll still happen if you still “believe” it will deep down, and that your subconscious doesn’t follow your scripts, only what you expect and if you want to 100% follow your script you have to reprogram your mind. I

In the absolute kindest way possible, I think this is bullshit. Not because this can't be that person's truth, but because it's only their truth because of their assumptions and beliefs.
Life is a concept, just like trauma. In this reality, as humans, we experience ''trauma'' as something bad, as something that hurts us and leaves a mark. But this is just one out of many possibilities. One out of infinite concepts and experiences.
But the truth? This reality, or the CONCEPT of it? It's nothing special, and neither are your experiences.
You are the only one who decides what meaning your experiences get. Whether it be good ones, bad ones, they are things you choose to be aware of. But they don't SHAPE you, because you, as a being, are EVERYTHING. You are everything amazing, everything horrible, you're all hurt and all happiness that exists, limited down to one life, one brain, and one set of memories.
A lot of people think from the mindset of a human, and you can't blame them for that. Even if you have successfully shifted, if you're approaching all this with a mindset like that, then that's absolutely going to be your experience.
Because again, infinity. The way you experience shifting, how real it feels, the possibilities, YOU are the one who decides that.
If you think there are limits, then that's exactly what you will experience. Scripts not being foolproof, your subconscious going against you, they're all limiting mindsets that shape some people so deeply, that even when they actually shift, they stay stuck in these beliefs.
There couldn't be infinite possibilities if something as stupid as trauma would tie you down. And I say this as someone who shifts to dangerous drs OFTEN. Anything I've ever scripted has been true to the finest detail, my drs hold surprises, but nothing I decided against. I know multiple people who share my beliefs and mindsets and who experience it the exact same way.
If you are going to listen to anything, listen to this. Don't let anyone tell you that you cannot do certain things. The ONE rule for shifting is that there are no rules, that anything is possible, and anyone who tries to convince you otherwise is lying to themselves.
I really don't mean to be harsh with this, but I see so many people so scared or confused when shifting is something so beautiful and amazing. You're not your memories, you'll never be tied to them if you don't want to be💚

your script always follows your intention
just scrolled a bit on shiftok and saw a creator’s post, now i feel like i need to say this. i wouldn’t call it misinformation, since you’re unlimited and anything can happen. but posts like that can plant assumptions in other shifters’ minds. those assumptions then shape how they think their script works. and they trust the creator, so they assume it's going to happen to them, and then it does.
anyway. i just need to remind y'all of something. btw, no hate to the creator, they can do and say whatever they want, i just don’t want shifters thinking this is the rule when it’s actually the exception.
whatever you script will happen the way you want it to happen. the way you intend it to happen. you’re pure awareness. pure consciousness. unlimited. you are not tied to words on a page. your script or your dr is not going to look for loopholes and make something you don’t want happen because you "technically" never specified.
for example. if you script “xx is in love with me”. they will be in love with you in the way you intended. your script is not going to go “well you didn’t say only you 😂🫵🏻 so they’re a player and they're also in love with your mum, your sister, your dad, and your next door neighbour”.
don’t pmo. that is not how this works.
your script and your dr are extensions of you. they will play out exactly how you want. they won’t deviate unless you want them to. and even if something shows up that doesn’t match your desire in that moment, let it. the outcome is already fixed. it’s done. it’s yours.
you can have 100% perfection. everything can happen exactly the way you want. you don’t have to settle for 80% or technicalities.
one reason i don’t like shiftok much is because a lot of people glorify and romanticise having a shitty time in their dr and then complaining about it. and again, if that’s what you want your dr to be like then by all means, do whatever you want.
but for the shifters who are scared and need reassurance. it does not have to be that way.

what is the void state and how to get there

hi, for those who don’t know me, my name is beau and i have shifted, manifested, went to the void, astral projected, everything you can imagine at this point. i want to help my fellow beautiful beings to also achieve this because shifting, and everything else, found you for a reason. us, in the sense of the big sisters of the “shifting community” and such, aren’t here to brag about what we have achieved, we are here to help you achieve it as well and let you know it will be achieved. please know there are countless ways to reach the void state, but this is one of them, and i have used many, what works for some, might for you, or might not. i personally use some other methods to get into the void that i can share as well, but i saw some of these ideas on other pages, and decided to give a 101 on getting to the void for baby shifters and manifesters. i will be making more void method posts and etc on how i personally achieve the void state later, but this is “what most people” do, so here it is. everything is different for everyone. so, without further ado, let’s get started on today’s post!

first off
what is the void state?
the void state is a deep meditative state in which you are nothing but your own consciousness. in the void, you are completely detached from the 3d, the physical world that our eyes and brains present to us. you are nobody with no physical form and attachments. you simply are. which is why some people also use the “i am” method for getting to the void state, because in this state, you just are. the void state is one that can be accessed by anyone, or can be reached by anyone, because that is our true form.
confusing? i know, i was too. let me explain a bit deeper. entering the void state is actually a very ancient technique used by the ones before us, to get to our true state, which is the void state. in beliefs like hinduism, buddhism, and other secular traditions, the goal of the void state is to remove illusion(s) and transcend our ego so we can reach the void state itself, our true nature and essence.
when entering the void state, you are transcending your ego and entering back into the consciousness of your soul, where all is one. that’s where the “you just are” or “you are nothingness” comes from. because that’s what you literally are. everything and nothing all at once. the void state is the state of our true essence, where you just are, to say in very short terms. it’s good to understand what your going into, so it’s easier to be in. if this is confusing, you can find some videos to help if needed!

how does one enter the void state?
here is a simple method to get you in the void state, but keep in mind it is you ultimately who is the one achieving the goal of being in that state, the same applies to shifting. it isn’t the method, it’s you. stop giving it all the credit.
1. play a subliminal, black/white noise, or theta waves (optional) i personally enjoy subliminals. one that many say is good is let go - enter the void state by someone i forgot the name of. just put that in search in the first one you see is most likely the one i’m talking about.
by having background noise, this can keep you focused and keep you from sleeping in the middle of your method.
2. set intention. this is an important step most people just skip because they think its pointless because your doing a method. it’s not pointless. and it works much better than you might perceive. for me personally, the way i like to do most things is just set intention, but for new shifters, or others, putting in some effort might seem good, which is why you can do this step by step if wanted.
intention can be as simple as “i will enter the void”. just saying that. it can be that simple. but let it be strong, and let go. letting go, in the sense that you let it happen. do not force anything. everything will fall into place, because it has for others and me. it will for you as well. do not force the void, just let go and trust that you will enter it.
3. get in a comfortable position. i personally like to just lay down as if i’m going to sleep on something comfortable! i love using my bed, all the time, but if you prefer something different that is completely fine as well.
4. relax your body. many people like to skip right to the “counting” and the thousand sayings of “i am”. no. just, be. you just are, so act that way. relax your body. yes i know it’s easier said than done, but you can do it. focus on your breath, and relax your body well. this might take a couple minutes, so don’t rush it. in order to enter the void, you must be calm.
5. keep on focusing on breath and being calm until you feel symptoms. what are symptoms? for those who don’t know, they are the effects of shifting or doing methods. they aren’t aftereffects, they are effects that happen in the present moment, but do not be afraid, they don’t hurt, for me personally feel good, and mean that you are almost there. do not get too excited though since this can bring your state of focus and calmness down. just let symptoms pass through and let them be. you are entering the void right now, symptoms don’t matter, they’re just there. you might feel tingly, numbness on your full body or certain areas, lightness or floating, heaviness, etc.
this is a state that is called SAT, or state akin to sleep. you will have urges to itch certain areas, roll over, or move a lot, but do not. moving is okay, but it can feel as if you have lost progress, so it is better to not move for the sake of progress and feeling calm and centered. just ignore these symptoms and urges as best you can and focus on your breathing and the void itself.
6. continuation. as you get closer to the void, it can be different for everyone, you can affirm, repeating affirmations such as
- “i am in the void”
- “i am pure consciousness”
- “i am the void”
- “the void is my true nature”
etc
when affirming it is important to at least try and believe or believe fully on what you are saying. of course it is different for everyone though. but from my perspective, if you don’t understand what you’re saying, why are you saying it? so if anyone wants any explanations on affirmations and certain ones feel free to ask and i may make a post on those as well.
you may also visualize. no. not your dr. i know it’s a urge, some people use the void, as do i, to shift to my dr, but when your doing a method to go to the void, you stay loyal. your going to the void, not your dr. do not skip steps, go to the void first, then, in the void, you may shift there if wanted. i like to visualize my consciousness flying in somewhere like space and try to envelop myself as my consciousness, which is what we all are and what i am. remember, consciousness does not look like like a human. conscious just is, it does not take our form. i like to visualize my consciousness as a floating ball of light with sparkles around it! mine is a mix of blue and yellow since it helps me connect with everything about myself and my dr selfs more, along with the void.
you may also visualize yourself, your current self, sitting in a meditative position, with a light going out your forehead, and has you breath and focus, that light either envelopes your body, or dims, and then brightens again. you can use whatever feels right to you.
keep doing this until you are in the void.

how do you know if you’re in the void?
good question, my pupil. honestly, for me and for others, you usually just know. but for anyone new, it can be different. ultimately, it is different for everyone, but you feel a sense of calmness and understanding wash over you. you are usually in a fully pitch black setting. you can also feel a sense of calmness and nothingness, or just nothingness. since that’s what the void is. nothingness.
again, my starlights, the key to doing anything, is to just let go. i know that’s confusing, but it doesn’t have to be. letting go is trusting yourself that you will have the outcome you desire and deserve. that is letting go. it’s letting your conscious do the work for you, because ultimately, you don’t have to. that’s my personal method. but anyways, shifting and entering the void state, manifesting, and all things linked to that are yours. do what you please with it because it’s yours.
some people make things like “entering the void state” super complicated. even the things i said could be complicated and confusing. it doesn’t have to be. that’s why i tried making it simple, and i really hoped that helped. it’s all simple. it really is as easy as breathing, and you will found out that soon!
let go of worries, and let your consciousness guide you!
