day eight on lexapro: no more nausea (hell yeah), i don’t really feel anything?? not sad or mad… not really happy. i still laugh and the right moments but everything just feels at a standstill. paused.

i’ve always been a very emotional person and now i don’t know if that was ever me or if it was actually my anxiety/depression/etc… and is that not me as well?? having a little bit of a crisis with that but i’m trying to just go with it. this stuff has to sit in your system and even you out right? it’s a weirdly scary experience… kind of jarring.

i’m still going to keep taking it… just trying to keep calm, talk out my unease, and trust the process. i wish this was a little less scary is all…
