"Wonderful then. I didn’t think I could possibly eat of this food by myself," Rhea laughed, clasping her hands together. "Now how has my mother been doing? You look well and beautiful as always."
"Oh stop that!" Gaea shook her head as she laughed. She was terrible with compliments, even from her daughter. "I've been very well" she smiled "And what about you? what have you been up to for so long that was more important than checking up on your old mother"

"I think you very well can, Gaea mother!" Rhea chuckled as she placed a finger on the corner of her lips. "You could help by joining me for lunch. I fear I made too much and no one is around to help me finish it," She laughed once more. "If you don’t have any other obligations you must attend to."
"Oh Rhea, you are an obligation!" Gaea chuckled, nodding slowly as she stood up "..of course! i would love to join you"

"Gaea, how lovely it is to see you!" Persephone beamed, bowing her head as well. "Really you think so?" She gasped, she couldn’t believe such a compliment from the Earth goddess herself. "Thank you, Gaea, but I must say my garden here in the Underworld does not even compare to the one I have in Athens! Now, is it quite urgent that must speak with Hades?"
Gaea waved her hand a little, shaking her head with a warm smile “Oh no, I was simply checking up on him. “ She chuckled “I do like to try and know of what Hades is up to, even if sometimes I’m sure I wouldn't actually want to know” Her Gaze slowly moved through their surroundings, before glancing at persephone "how have you been? It has been too long since the last time we met"

“Oh good afternoon. Are you looking for my husband? Because I can already tell you he won’t be caught dead in my garden, believe me. Or perhaps you are looking for me?”
"Persephone, good afternoon.." The goddess smiled warmly and bowed her head "well, at first i was looking for the company of your husband..but then i'm afraid i got somewhat distracted by your beautiful garden. its quite incredible"

"She is a wonderful girl," Eos nodded. "I love Astraea so dearly. To hear her say those things. It was like a knife…" she shook her head. "But maybe in time things will heal. And hopefully I won’t make the same mistakes with Elaina."
"You've learnt from your mistakes, thats the best thing..." Gaea nodded calmly, looking around the room "And you've made a wonderful new life here" she laughed as she looked back over at Eos
"She told me so," Eos sighed. "She told me she felt abandoned and unloved. I tried so hard. I waited until she was a grown woman to leave home. She and Astraeus deserved so much better than me. But Astraea thought I left because I didn’t love her."
Gaea winced as she listened to Eos; slowly taking a sip from one of the glasses placed on the table, She looked down at the floor and bit her lip. she took a few moments of silence, Thinking deeply before looking back up warmly into Eos's eyes. "I am sorry she told you that Eos." she spoke quietly but clearly "I have met Astraea few times, but I must tell you that what i know of her is that... she is simply a treasure. Although she perhaps has not fully understood the reasons behind your leaving, it is not in her soul to hate you...i believe one day she will understand." Gaea nodded slowly at her own words whilst placing the glass down on the surface "You're daughter Elaina will be blessed to have you as a mother."
"I am not quite used to anyone standing in my way, you see," she snapped. "And you watch your tongue, lady. You have no idea what are you dealing with." Her anger was growing fast, as she was sure that she was talking to only a human being. She was in a mood when she was ready to kill without a hesitation.
Feeling the radiating anger, Gaea sighed; although she'd never had the pleasure of meeting this woman in person before, she knew exactly who she was. "Calm yourself, Lilith... we don't want any trouble, do we?"
"Honestly I’m terrified of having a daughter," she admitted readily. "But I’ve wanted to have a child with Helios since I was a young woman. I’m hoping I do better with Elaina than I did with my daughter Astraea."
"what makes you think you did so badly with Astraea?" she narrowed her eyebrows looking directly into Eos's eyes with concern.

"I’m having twins," she replied. "A boy and a girl. Erastus and Elaina," she rubbed her stomach with a smile. "They’re feisty little things. Always kicking. Erastus is Ares’ son, like my Ari. And then Elaina is Helios’ daughter. We’re very excited," she blushed a little. "She’s our first baby together."
Gaea bit her lip as she watched Eos's face brighten at the thought of her children. "I bet you can't wait to have a little girl" he chuckled "A mother daughter relationship is one to be cherished.. You'll be incredibly close to her, I can feel it."
"Thank you," she beamed with pride. "I do my best with the gardening. Helios built the house himself and pretty much all the furnishings inside." "You’ll have to pardon the toys scattered about," she said as she guided her grandmother inside. "I have a very vivacious toddler and Hemera and her four children are staying with us. So the little ones pretty much rule the roost." They were quickly in the kitchen though the toy strewn living room could still be seen. Eos motioned for her grandmother to have a seat at the counter while she got out a pitcher of lemonade and poured two glasses, then pulld out a platter of assorted homemade cookies. "We have a full house and it’ll be getting fuller before long," she chuckled.
Gaea gracefully sat down, leaning an elbow against the counter. She grinned as her gaze found the delicious looking cookies being offered, fingers hovering for a while over the plate before she picked one up and smelt it. “Remind me to visit more often” she smiled up at Eos before taking a bite. “You have been busy haven’t you!” she mused as she scanned the room, her eyes noticing the childrens aspects of the home, Gaea bit her lip, imagining the laughter which would probably fill the whole house.”I feel quite terrible that I haven’t met them all yet, its not like I have an excuse either…they must have no idea who I am..” her eyebrows narrowed as she took another bite, her eyes meeting Eos’s “why on earth is Hemera staying here?!”
"Hemmy is staying with us while her husband is away," Eos explained simply. "And her babies are my son, Ari’s age, so it’s good for him to have them around." She plucked up a cookie and nibbled on the edge of it. "I’m sure Ari would love to meet you at the very least. He loves meeting new people," she chuckled. "He’s quite a vibrant baby. So full of energy and happiness and life. I think you’ll enjoy him."
Gaea nodded and grinned amply up at Eos "Of course, You know I'll love him!" she chuckled simply before picking at the remains of the cookie, eating crumbs slowly. "Its sounds to me as though he has inherited a lot from you " the smile on her face warmed as the memories of the young Eos flooded through her mind; she recalled the passionate, beautiful child who would spend hours laughing and playing in her gardens. "And...do you know the gender of this little one?" she questioned simply, raising an eyebrow.
