Hiiiiiiii I’m Ellie I’m a 21 year old fine art student, i have a particular fancy for digital art and print making :3

i make a tonne of different things, like a tonne a tonne. From conceptual work, to designs, animations, lino prints, 3D models and just general fan art :3

I can’t wait to share my work with everyone and hopefully fingers crossed make some super cool art mutuals

I’ve been trying to learn how to use procreate recently, i find digital art quite hard sometimes it’s so different from traditional and from 3D modelling. But i feel like I’ve missed a step by not doing it so im going back and trying to learn how to draw digitally to hopefully improve on it :3

Rem Lino print :3

I quite literally have too many 3D models to upload and work on, it's getting to be a bit much.

So, not sure how everyone will feel about this version of Seapony. I had to make her tail biger and chunkier, flatten her face fins and smooth out her back fin. IDK if I like everything about this right now. I might have to redo the tail a 3rd time which seems like such a pain but I want it to be perfect.

alright you know im incapable of finalizing things so i made a third tail and i think it looks much better than the second attempt.

okay I thought about this some more and changed my plans re: the fins

Instead of flipping the body around like i was planning to before I have come up with an alternate solution

The final seapony will include two versions: left, the original seapony body with fin, because I think the original looks best, which needs support when printing. And the right body, which should be able to print without support, albeit rather roughly.

This little bump at the bottom does come out at a basically 90-degree angle so it won't look clean. But this gives an option if you'd prefer to clean up a rough print rather than clean up supports.

tbf the amount of supports the original one needs is probably just this:

so maybe I shouldn't be so hung up on the amount of supports. But I do hate being wasteful...
