‪I think people often miss the point what Nyneave reading/watching her block is meant to be frustrating. It’s meant to irk you as the audience as it does for the character. Nyneave isn’t happy about the block if anything she’s supremely pissed about it. Obviously she’s a powerhouse which makes it more difficult to see because you know she can do more. She knows she can do more also! The arches also changed her there’s quite a bit of trauma there especially in the 3rd one she spent years there. That experience likely didn’t help. In addition to being a wilder Nynaeve prefers to have control over most things with is the opposite of how to wield saidar (the female half of the source). The way she breaks her specific block emphasises her growth as a person and as a channeller (no spoilers for those who haven’t read it)

S3 needs to spell out her block and trauma for those who are either fresh to the material or just straight up need it explained. S4 is more likely where the block is set to be broken. I hope this season they have her use her warder hand to hand that she learned previously as well as showing her finding comfort in healing others through non one power means.
