Words that hurt us most are mostly ours own. People need to train themselves to not to give a fuck about what others feel about them. Go easy on yourself. We all feel this is the thing that they said, it might be too bad in me, once you start listening to them, soon you would get to know, that's where you took a wrong turn. The inferior complex about 'Gender, Race, Caste, Religion etc.' won't go away this easy, it needs the change in system, the system of believing in oneself than to general perspective. I don't know who needs to hear this difference: Bored: The zeal of having things is getting suffocated. Tired: The physical endurance of having more things is exceeded. Reasons Bored: You are having things which doesn't interests you. Eg: I used to feel bored while reading Biology irrespective of it sharing so much of knowledge and insights. Tired: You are having the particulars for longer duration or the psychology and other secondary factors weren't aligned well. Eg. I used to feel tired even while reading Comics and watching Netflix. Yeah the time spent there were quite high when compared to reading Biology. Solution: Boredom: Boredom of things isn't new, we are expected to do certain things which aren't of our interest and we can't outrun it. Here is solution from Naval Ravikant. "Read what you love until you love to read." Tired: Repetition. Never give up on it, take short breaks from the thing and get started again. Don't over do it, it would make things monotonous for you and that's the last thing you would wish for.
