Tori wasn’t sure the last time she went to public school was. Since her parents had acquired money from her dad’s job, she’d gone the uniform route and honestly, she really did sort of enjoy it a lot more. She didn’t get that choice in the matter though when her dad was transferred to Toronto. Degrassi was the only high-school she could attend, and she wasn’t really the most happy about it. The dark haired girl had even taken longer in doing her hair her first morning attending just to hope she missed classes. That wasn’t the case though, and so when she walked into Perino’s class twenty minutes later than she should have, all eyes were on her, just how she liked it. As Perino introduced to her the class, she bit her lip looking around he room for her seat, he only free one by a boy who looked like he was stuck somewhere in between looking badass and too soft for his own good. Sauntering toward the seat after introductions were made, she bit her lip sliding into her seat, knee bumping gum under the desk. “UM. Ew.. this is why I hate public school,” Sighing, she realized that she should probably try to make some sort of impression, a good one at that. “Sorry.. hi, I’m Tori.” Turning to her deskmate, she held out her hand, her usual bright smile on her lips.
It wasn’t too often that Zigmund entered class on time for once, even the teacher was in shock, as Zig strolled in, hearing remarks from the teacher himself. “I finally invested in that alarm clock you suggested so many times” he rolled his eyes showing off to the other seated students as he made his way to his usual seat in the far back. He had been threatened to move to the front, but he knew how Mr Perino worked, he was all threats and no action. Kicking his feet up on his desk, Zig leaned in his chair, as the bell finally run for class. He noted everyone pulling their notebooks out, as Zig had nothing to his name for this class, knowing everything probably had wound up in the trash or holding something down in his mess of a bedroom. And as Perinos lecture drew out, his feet here kicked off the desk, as he was handed a pencil and a seat of paper. “Let’s see if note taking is one of your strong suits Mr Novak” he spoke loudly for everyone, as snickers and smirks formed his way. As he walked off, Zig tapped his pencil against the table, annoying everyone around, but he couldn’t help his nature. As the door opened, everyone’s eyes turned to the brunette that had entered late, someone he had never came across. His eyes followed her to her seat that happened to be next to him. And with a smirk on his face, he studied her as she spoke to him, barley hearing her name, as Zig remained quiet, studying her. He knew her type, a rich princess stuck in some public school, one of those girls who swore she was drama free, but ended up with more drama than the whole school. A chuckled rolled from his mouth as he looked down at her hand. He crumbled the sheet of paper he had, as he extended his hand out, dropping the paper into her hand. “Here are the notes you missed” he rolled his eyes as he looked away from her.
