Taking time today to acknowledge negative thoughts and let them peacefully pass. As some of you know, I had some health issues early this fall and will be getting a surgery on December 17th. It's hard for me to accept that I will be out of commission again in the coming weeks, but I know my body will take care of me and heal with time. For awhile I had been ignoring these thoughts and I couldn't understand why I was so anxious and upset. Ultimately, fighting off emotions and feelings hurts us even more.
