quarantine really has me worried about boredom eating...
here’s a fun no-equipment workout to do at home during the quarantine period:
at home workout - no equipment
repeat 3x!
2 min break in between each run through
abs
1. 20/30/40 second plank
2. 30 second penguin crunches
3. 30 second russian twists
4. 30 second v sit ups
5. 30 second side plank and reach
legs
1. 30 second glute bridge
2. 12 curtsey lunges (6 per leg)
3. 12 side lunges (6 per leg)
4. 20 aductor squat jumps (10)
5. 24 fire hydrants (12 per leg)
6. 24 donkey kicks (12 per leg)
7. 12 back lunges with knee ups (6 per leg)
arms
1. 15 tricep dips
2. 20 plank w/ shoulder taps
3. 5 modified knee push ups
4. 30 second up & down arm raises
5. 20 shoulder blade squeezes
Ana tips
-no Laxatives, it’ll destroy your colon and cause your stomach to swell whenever you eat (if you’re gonna use laxatives use Osmotic laxatives)
-don’t purge it rots your teeth and really hurts your throat and causes really bad bloating
-not eating fiber, fiber is what turns into poop and you need to poop, for, obvious reasons (and if you gain weight over night it’s because you ate fiber and you have poop in your body)
-don’t eat less than 500 kcal, your brain needs 500 kcal to function i recommend 700 kcal a day+ try to eat at least 1,000 if you can
-not varying your intake, you need to change what you eat and how much you eat or else your metabolism will slow down
-don’t only drink diet sodas and coffee, your body needs water, limit black drinks to 1-2 a day
-don’t just drink apple cider vinegar it’s fucking vinegar, it’ll rot out your teeth, burn your throat and stomach and is worse for you than purging
-not acknowledging light-headedness and passing out, don’t brush it off you can die, you need something high in calories and fast acting, eat immediately

Update
So I’ve been eating pretty well lately. I haven’t binged for a week now and it has been great. I’ve lost 2 pounds since last week. The only bad thing right now are the cravings. God especially in school. I also need to workout more but I’m constantly tired so that’s hard. Anyway, that’s basically the update.

Alrighty guys, I'm doing it. I'm not just deleting this app, I'm deleting this account. I'm scared about losing my virtual support system, but I can't let depression, anxiety, and food control me like this forever. I'm 23 and I have a long life to live. I'm tired of trying to survive. I'm ready to take the leap and start living. It's scary because this eating disorder has become so familiar. I know what highs and lows to expect and it's always been there for me like a teddy bear made of razor blades. They say to leap and the net will appear. I'm leaping for recovery. I hope you all find a life outside your disorder too!
It's not a matter of going back to who I was, because I've struggled for as long as I can remember. It's a matter of becoming who I was designed to be. I don't know what that will look like, but I'm excited to meet this "me" that has been patiently waiting to emerge from the shadows of disorders. I'm not going to be the labels that have been placed on me. For the first time ever, I'm giving myself permission to exist in the world as myself. Will you join me?
Diet in “When Friendship Kills”
This is an ana movie I had to watch in my high school nutrition class. I’m now in college with anorexia and rewatched the film. This is the diet the two characters followed. I’ll be following it and documenting results. You guys know I took notes.
Breakfast: Plain tea or coffee. Maybe a piece of fruit.
Morning snack: Gum.
Lunch: One cracker and some baby carrots or pickles.
Afternoon snack: Gum
Dinner: Dry veggies and 1/2 a cup of rice.
- Only if needed a cup of low fat yogurt in the day
Max calories: 650
They did a lot of cardio
Diet pills
I took some diet pills my moms doctor prescribed her and they calmed me down, heart rate decreased??? I have NEVER been this happy... It calmed down hunger pains, it increased my mood, my mouth is a bit dry but jfc. i don’t SUGGEST taking diet pills that aren’t prescribed to you! My mom didn’t give them to me she just doesn’t take them and i saw they were laying around... But I feel amazing and i’m 26 hours into my fast and food doesnt cross my mind..?
Girls girls girls do this!!! This is the workout that helped me to get rid of alot of the lower fat… if you are like me and end up rolling around :D put your hands into a diamond shape and put it under your butt to stop you from rolling, try it i swear you will see results asap
