if you look unwashed and underdressed at your appointment your doctor won’t take you seriously but if you dress up and do your makeup and whatever your doctor will also still not take you seriously. i hope this guide is helpful 👍

Dr said: try and avoid carbs, sugars, and exercise more.

So I have collected a new diagnosis, much to my dismay. Especially because I LOVE sugar and carbs

Wish me luck, have a primary dr apt today and hope to get a lot of tests/blood draws ordered and drawn. I've been fine and ready all week and now I'm super anxious and my chest is tight. I hate being chronically ill so much

one of the most annoying things about being sick is when you’re all stuffed up and can’t breathe through your nose so any time you eat something you have to gasp for breath after every bite. you’d think i’d just surfaced from a free dive but no. chicken nugget.

Hey if you have chronic pain, you gotta remember that the cognitive load of dealing with that is exhausting. Just that alone. Never mind what else you've got going on.

My biopsy wasnt cancer!!! But its moderately atypical and I need an excision done on my scalp still. Exploring options with my dermatologist.

Blood draw went so well today. Owie but so successful. Sometimes its a battle to fill 3 tubes at all. Now i wait and i have a chest ct next tuesday. I'm ready to not be sick now please ;-;
