As per usual I am late to the party, but I am so happy to say that the hype around these guys is so unbelievably well deserved. I first heard them when doddleoddle covered ‘Goner’ but it was when ‘Stressed Out’ came on whilst I was sat in the bus station in Ponferrada that I knew I had to check them out. ‘Blurryface’ is an epic album and will be well and truly played out by yours truly when I get hold of a physical copy.

And if you haven’t heard their cover of ‘Can’t Help Falling In Love’ - but I’d guess you probably already have - then you need to check it out. I may be slightly biased however as it is one of my all time favourite songs...

Book 6 of 2016: ‘Percy Jackson & the Last Olympian’ by Rick Riordan. And it’s over. I have finally completed the first Olympian series and I miss it already, the temptation to start it over again is very strong! But I will resist. I don’t wanna, but I will. Can’t wait for summer to come so I can get home and start into ‘The Heroes of Olympus’ series!

Book 5 of 2016: 'Captive Prince' by C. S. Pacat. This series could prove to be even more intriguing that I first thought. Roll on 'The Prince's Gambit'. Swiftly added to my birthday wishlist!

My purchases since leaving NI again. Finally got a tiny yet functional bag. Found it in Parfois in Dublin Airport. And then I bought another candle. Splashed out on a Glade one this time. Velvet tea time. Makes my room smell great, but also makes my creepy lamps look threatening af though...

Rowling; ‘Quidditch Through the Ages: Kennilworthy Whisp’ by J.K Rowling; ‘Percy Jackson and the Battle of the Labyrinth’ by Rick Riordan. Alongside some kids version of books for classes, I don’t think I’m doing too badly!
