A/N: As the title states. Feel free to request certain situations. However, I am not a strong writer, and I'm not confident in writing a full fic right now so I will stick with these scenarios for now. I was tired from doing some college prep so I couldnt finish this and post it in full so I segmented it! Here yall go!!

✦How would they meet you?✦
❧ Little Puma tends to stay on the outskirts of romance, though he doesn’t hide his interest. Unless for some unfortunate reason (from a warring tribe or even worse, a settler), he’d be pretty upfront in his interest, courting you traditionally and respectfully according to normal traditions. He’d ask for your formal engagement, and after some time, he’d eventually marry you.
❧ Most likely, first love or childhood friends-to-lovers would be this path.

❧ It gets just a little more complicated if you’re from a different tribe, as he isn’t the type to fall in "insta-love," so getting to know you might be a bit more difficult. I’d imagine he’d need a few years of meeting you sparsely before deciding to pursue anything further. But ultimately it’d end similarly as an Osage partner would; he’d court you appropriately and marry you with the approval of your families.
❧ I feel this could fit a variety of tropes, such as second chance romance, right person wrong time, or a forever fling.

❧ Honestly, even get me started on the on the settler angle. Not only is it dangerous as hell, it’s honestly against a majority of his values (imo). For a little puma to fall in love with you in these circumstances, you’d have to be a very enticing, very specific kind of person.
❧ I’d imagine you’d need to be someone who’d venture off alone, with an open mind unlike most settlers.
❧ When on your own, you’d need to be in an area in which you are not taking advantage of the resources in a more disrespectful way than your family already has.
❧ It’d be the slowest burn of slow burns. You thought being a non-Osage Native American was long? Well, this way it may take double that or more. Hell maybe it wont happen period.
❧ Unless you are Y/N incarnate, I fear he’d be slow to approach even if alone. He’d need a reason, perhaps a loose dog or a wolf attack, pulling at little Puma's empathy to come to your rescue. But otherwise he is likely to find little real interest in you and completely remove himself from the situation if feelings do occur, and he will try to stop himself from falling further. He will NOT fall in love willingly. To him falling in love with a settler is borderline torture for a myriad of reasons including the fact you represent everything being stolen from him and his people.
❧ This could fit the following tropes: star crossed lovers/forbidden love, inconvenient attraction.

❧ However, one thing remains the same for each of these situations: Little Puma is a division one silent YEARNER. He won’t outright flirt or make egregious proposals at least initially. He’s a friend through and through, although when the relationship is tested, he tends to do some rash things due to his bullheaded nature. If he wants to be with you and you with him, he WILL make it happen.
✦The moment they realize they have feelings for you✦
❧ If you are a member of the Osage, he realizes he loves you quite randomly. Oftentimes, doing a more mundane activity, perhaps you are sewing something, butchering the latest game, or tanning hides. Maybe he helps you, maybe he provides the game. Whatever it is, he’s beside you, and he slowly comes to realize in the comfortable silence that he feels more for you than any other person he’s known.

❧ If you are a from another nearby tribe, he meets you at a seasonal trade fair between tribes. It takes a few times for him to begin to grow fond, and this time he is beside his mother, helping with some tasks. It wasn’t until you approached, looking to buy one of the variety of items his family was selling. He handed item, and you had something else back to him. The trade is complete, but as his hand brushes yours. Something wakes inside of him, and he realizes that it was never just a trade.

❧ Meanwhile, as a settler, the moment is hidden, and no one can find out about it. Perhaps your family is away, and you wash clothes in a nearby stream while little Puma spots you. Hey, stand there simply and watch for a few moments before you even think of approaching. When he eventually approaches you, turn around with a slow, warm smile; something washes over him. He then waves you off, saying he must go as he forgot to do something earlier in the day.

✦What I Headcanon:✦
❧ 20 years of age
❧ I chose this age specifically to make it understandable that other characters can treat him as a younger person while still clearly being an adult.
❧ Annoying little brother trope to the MAX with white sun I'm talking White Sun was SO over him as a kid (being around five or so years older)
❧ Little Puma was a nosy, and noisy child, always messing with her for fun before running off with the other Osage kids his age or being scolded by his mother
❧Was much more impulsive and hot-headed in his younger years
❧ Even as a young adult Little Puma tends to be hot-headed, but a bit more methodical with his protests
❧ When with his family and close friends he can lose his temper and say some mildly hurtful things before cooling off and recognizing his wrongs
❧ LOVES hunting and feels as though it makes him a valuable member of the tribe (it does) but he also likes some competition with it
❧ Think: “I’ll make the cleanest kill” or “I’ll help get the best bison or deer”
❧ Little puma LOVES quality time
❧ Doesn’t matter with whom, a lover, a family member, or a friend
❧ He will do anything he can to hang around someone he loves.
❧ Oftentimes helping with the most menial tasks once he has a free moment
❧ For group pass time Little Puma loves the hand game in particular (read more about it here or with this YouTube video)
❧ It’s essentially a guessing competition where participants hold a small item like bead work and the enemy guesses which hand has it, and they exchange sticks (points) until all 10 are on one team. (They initially start with 5 each)
❧ He particularly likes this as it isn’t just the game itself for him, but it’s a way to build connection and spend more time with the people he loves.
❧ Little Puma has a huge soft spot for kids
❧ Whether it be Good Eagle or his cousins/ other kids in the tribe he’ll do his best to be a role model in front of them

He initially met you while playing a FPS at 3am
The game between you and both was mostly silent aside from some English and Japanese cursing, Denki understood some what you said
You however; did not understand him, but assumed he was expressing the same frustration and wasn’t just getting upset at you
After your first game was played, he had sent you a few emojis and a little english
The game you had been playing along side some random from Japan had gone surprisingly well. It was such a bad game for the loser you wondered if it was because they were absolute garbage or all of a sudden you became a gaming god. As you leaned back in your chair and attempted to fix the knot that formed in your back from hunching, you looked back at your computer screen. There you see a friend and message request.

Anyway, as his friends noticed him typing away on those two days in particular they’d begun to ask questions about who he was texting
“My friend.” He’d say, looking up from the phone for a second before continuing the text. Mina had begun even more curious than previously.
“Whaaa? Friend? Who?” She asks, leaning over the couch and Kaminari’s shoulder. She sees joke flirty messages that he sends and receives.
He ended up telling them about you and explains that’s why his English grade was getting better
