Bands/ Artists I Love (Philippines) I'll update this list whenever I'm back on Tumblr. 1. Sandwich (https://open.spotify.com/artist/6baezjDaGyBqrW8xGqw3a5?si=Cl1n16VpSDywUutFNsfXTQ) -Cool band. Very coooool. Favorite band since high school. Damn! That five on the floor album blew my mind. 2. Pupil (https://open.spotify.com/artist/4QHUb6DgBCnLZTOAIinoQG?si=WazZWjweTT-DUd6JSd415w) - For me, this is the second-best band of Ely Buendia next to Eraserheads. 3. Rico Blanco (https://open.spotify.com/artist/6l880dxsvN2x5wiceaG6D0?si=6SHVbOdOT4iFWEQAMEzliw) -The Rico era of Rivermaya is my favorite—starting from Rivermaya as a trio, to a five-piece, and finally the last lineup he fronted. I think he was the heart of the band. Now that he's a solo act, I still love his new songs. Ayuz! To Be Continued...
Confusing Times
Planning for tomorrow, while wishing to disappear today.
Terrified of being forgotten, yet hiding from the world's gaze.
Reaching for the dreams I desire, yet afraid to take the leap.
Despising where I work, but fearing any other place.
How do these contradictions live together in my mind?
Torn apart by the constant war in my consciousness I find.
Strange times?
No, just confused times.
I'm back, but...
I'm back, but older now. I'm back, more worn and tired. I'm back, with a shifting mind. I'm back, carrying regrets. I'm back, still hopeful yet lost. I'm back, unsure if I'll stay.
I’m tired…
Sometimes I wish I could skip whole days of my life.
Each day feels like dragging my feet toward the grave.
There are hours, minutes, moments that make no sense— as if my existence were misplaced.
Those are the times I float in limbo, lost in space, vision swallowed by pitch-black.
There are moments I thought I knew what I wanted, until I learned I was chasing the wrong path— a lost soul wandering where he has no value.
I’m tired. I rest. But when I rise again, I still lack the energy, the drive to reach my best potential, my best self.
Perhaps this is the best of me. And if so, I no longer need to seek what I cannot see.
Emotionless
I dreamed of a colorful future, drawing guides and limits so I wouldn’t get lost while circling the map, moving forward into the unknown.
As I pressed on, pushing hard to grasp that dream, I shed pieces of armor, broke many weapons, and lost companions along the way. Yet I never gave up— still, I chased the dream I craved.
Grief, pain, and solitude changed me into someone else. That colorful dream I once needed no longer feels the same. Its colors washed away, faded into white, then black, repeating endlessly until my senses were gone.
Now I am caught between abyss and limbo, motionless, emotionless.
A boy's travel through timelines
I’ve been busy lately, but that doesn’t mean I’ve abandoned my old thoughts, my what-ifs, my regrets.
I carry that weight every day, unseen, unnoticed.
I may seem like a new person now, but this— this is only a disguise, a mask required for today.
A disguise that, when unzipped, reveals a little boy pretending to be grown.
I have walked away from old friends, discarded habits and leisure, and even abandoned dreams I may never conquer— because I cannot take more risks at this point in my life.
This is not a change of heart, not neglect of what I love. This is me, with no choice but to move forward, blindfolded, trusting the timelines of uncertainty.
1X1 (One by One)
I command you sir I think you should listen to me now You want us to progress But I think you just do what you did Because you just want to use us
I command you sir Stop playing games with me now You’re doing good things but But I think you’re just getting sympathy Be cause you just want to use us
One by one we stand That’s one by one we fall We never unite, we always want to fight Empowerment, let us ignite lets do what is right Lets do what is right Lets do what is right

Hither & Thither
We are always eager for the future— or always weary of it. Isn't life all about moving forward, from point A to point B?
Most of the time, we ask so much about tomorrow, the next day, and the moments we cannot foresee.
But what do we rarely take time to do? To ask about our yesterdays, and why or how they shaped today.
Learning what the future holds is an advantage. But learning how we have evolved through our voyage from the past makes us indestructible.
What if?
What if there is a branching timeline that exists? Where we detect it and find a cure much earlier? What if there is an alternate universe where the world is better than we ever imagined?
Sometimes I hope such a place is real, yet I am afraid— because we belong to a world that feels harsh, meant for suffering.
