I think the door got stuck 😅 Can you help me get out?
When your brain says “I can’t,” it’s not giving up — it’s protecting you. That’s the freeze response. A nervous system in overload, doing its best to keep you safe. 🌿

🍃 soft reminders for when you feel stuck
Sometimes feeling stuck doesn’t look dramatic. It just feels like nothing is moving, no matter how much you think about changing it.
Like you are in the same place, going in circles in your head, and every option feels too heavy or too uncertain. So you end up doing nothing, and then that turns into guilt, and then frustration, and then feeling like maybe you’re the problem.
It’s exhausting, knowing what you could do and still not being able to take that step. Your mind keeps looping the same thoughts, the same “what ifs,” the same pressure to figure everything out, and instead of clarity, it just makes you feel more frozen.
And the longer it lasts, the more it starts to feel permanent.
But being stuck doesn’t mean you are broken. It doesn’t mean you have failed. Sometimes it just means you are overwhelmed, or tired, or carrying more than you have had time to process.
You don’t have to fix everything to get unstuck.
You don’t need a perfect plan or a sudden burst of motivation.
You can start smaller than that, softer than that.
Even something tiny counts.
Even something that doesn’t feel like progress yet is still movement.
It’s okay if progress doesn’t look like progress right now.
It’s okay if all you are doing is getting through the day in quieter ways.
You are still here. That matters.
You are not behind, even if it feels like it.
You are not running out of time the way your thoughts might be telling you.
You are allowed to move at your own pace.
For now, you don’t have to push yourself out of this all at once. You can sit with it a little more gently, without turning it into something to fight.
You are not as stuck as you feel.
You are just in a moment that hasn’t shifted yet.
And it will.
when you don't care about healing anymore and just embrace whatever the fuck is wrong with you
A reminder for anyone who’s feeling stuck…
