Alfie Allen wore this leather costume as Theon Greyjoy in the first season of 𝑮𝒂𝒎𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑻𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒔 in 2011. But that wasn’t where it began its journey. Five years earlier, the piece was created for 𝑪𝒂𝒑𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝑨𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆: 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒉 𝑴𝒖𝒔𝒌𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒆𝒓, where it was worn by Viggo Mortensen as Diego Alatriste. Although heavily re-accessorized for 𝑮𝒂𝒎𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑻𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒔, the costume’s distinctive stitching reveals that it is, in fact, the very same piece. See more at Bit.ly/SciFi055

A quiet moment in the lighthouse.
Erik.
in my little pony universe youd go to a job interview and theyd be like so how does your cutiemark reflect your dedication to this position. And every time youd have to spew some bullshit about how your cutiemark of two tennis rackets actually means youre a team player and good at multitasking and view the market like a playing field. or whatever. and you wouldnt even get the job
one of my friends in a discord server was talking about how they were nervous about their first scheduled acupuncture appointment. another friend offered to do a tarot reading for them. sent this picture.
Pale-headed Rosella (of the equine variety). Oil on canvas.
Painted this a couple weeks ago and forgot to share lol, did this one as an exercise in loosening up my brushstrokes!
Here's a less personal question, can you do sick tricks while shield surfing?
Oh- I mean, sure.
'Shield surfing' actually started off as 'Kzzakaka', which roughly translates to 'Boarding Snow'. It's a traditional Rito sporting event from thousands of years ago, we'd race at sliding down the mountain on pieces of wood broken from dead trees. We hold championships in it, and teach children how to do it during school as an active sport. We have a lot of ice-based sports.
Hylians soldiers observed the activity when they started exploring the mountains for the first time, so started to mimic the activity using their shields. It slowly became a wide-spread thing.
Like any other Rito boy, I was taught to Kzzakaka. I havn't really done much of it since I was a fledgling, but I can still perform some simple tricks. The most 'sick' one I can recall is that I 'surfed' down the mountain and over a canyon once before I could confidently fly, managed to take to the sky, do a backflip, then stick the landing on my board. I did eat dirt about three seconds after because I hit a rock, but nobody was watching anyway.
