And seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, it is a burden except for the humble
Surah Al Baqarah Ayah 45-46
وَفي الأخير، فقط أنت وأعمالك
And in the end, it’s just you are your deeds.
From Abu Hurairah from the Messenger of Allaah [ﷺ] who said:
Whoever says when he goes to his bed to sleep:
'There is none worthy of worship in truth except Allaah Alone, He has no partners, He has the Dominion and for Him is all praise. He is capable of all things, there is no capability nor is there any power except with Allaah, far is Allaah from imperfection and praise is for Him, there is none worthy of worship in truth except Allaah and Allaah is the Greatest.
Then his sins are forgiven – or his mistakes – even if they were like the foam on the sea.
[Collected By Ibn Hibban | Ibn Sunni In 'Amal Al-Yawm Wal Layla' | Abu Na'eem In 'Akhbar Asbaahan' | Sh. Al-Albaani: 'Hasan' In Silsilah As-Saheehah, (No. 3414)]
Feeling sad?
The Prophet Muhammadﷺ said to his companions: Shall I not tell you some words which, if distress or grief befalls any of you and he offers this prayer, it will bring him joy?
It is the du‘a of Dhoo’l-Noon (i.e. Prophet Yunus (AS):
لا إله إلا أنت سبحانك إني كنت من الظالمين
There is no God but You, exalted are You; surely, I was one of the wrongdoers!
Sahih al-Jami‘ (no. 2605)
Allahumma Ameen 🤲🏽
O Allah!
I ask You for a prosperous life, blessed in both deen and dunya.
A life with flowing and blessed rizq and sustenance, and draws us closer to You, not away.
A life free of stresses that steal away peace.
A life filled with health, mercy, and quiet contentment.
A life surrounded by family in love and unity.
And a life guided by purpose, not wasted in distractions.
Ameen 🤲🏽

Tranquility of Makkah
ḥasbunā l-lahu waniʿ'ma l-wakīl “Sufficient for us is Allah, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs.” Quran (3,173) آل عمران - الآية 173
‘O Ever Living, O Self-Subsisting and Supporter of all, by Your mercy I seek assistance, rectify for me all of my affairs and do not leave me to myself, even for the blink of an eye.’ Ya hayyu ya qayyoom, birahmatika astagheeth, aslih lee sha/nee kullah, wala takilnee ila nafsee tarfata AAayn.
The solution to feeling happy is to recite a lot of Qur’ān.
Beautiful compilation of dua's in Ramadan
What misses you was never meant for you, and what is meant for you can never miss you.
A Muslim needs to have patience without passivity, effort without anxiety, and hope without desperation. You strive, you make dua, and you leave the outcome to Allah knowing that closed doors are not denial, just redirection.
What opens was meant to open, and what remains closed is not rejection but protection.
Allah never withholds except to give something better, and His timing is always wiser than our urgency.
So walk forward with iman, calm in the heart, steady in effort, and certain that every step is being guided and according to the plan of the Best of the Planners.
Your response to failure is what ultimately determines your trajectory toward success. When adversity strikes and plans crumble, you stand at a crossroads: Will you retreat in defeat, or will you regroup with renewed determination?
The believer's path is illuminated by gratitude and trust in Allah's absolute wisdom. It is to say with complete sincerity, "Alhamdulillah", thanking Allah for the blessings of Islam that we possess, recognizing that anything He grants us is beautiful, and understanding with deep conviction that even when He withholds, it is for our ultimate benefit. This is the essence of true faith: to see His mercy in both the gifts and the trials.
The choice before you is clear. Will you rise again and again, emerging stronger and wiser after every fall, never surrendering to despair? Will you exhaust every permissible means available to you while placing your complete tawakkul, your absolute reliance and trust in Him alone, knowing that He is the Best of Planners?
Or will you choose the path of darkness: succumbing to pessimism, drowning in complaints and self-pity, pointing fingers at others and blaming circumstances beyond your control? Worse still, will you allow your heart to harbor ill thoughts about Allah's decree? (May Allah protect us) A dangerous path that leads toward such kufr, rather it's disbelief itself, whether expressed in words or festering silently within the heart?
The believer knows that every setback is a setup for a comeback, that every test is an opportunity to draw closer to Allah, and that true success lies not in never falling, but in rising every single time with faith renewed and trust unshaken.
