When Mrs Hudson was in their kitchen and suddenly a client walked it, she yelled "boys you got another one", BUT she did looked up! We know upstairs is John's bedroom ("there's a bedroom upstairs if you'll be needing two bedrooms). So WHY did Mrs Hudson called Sherlock and John while looking at John's bedroom?? THEY WERE TOGETHER AT JOHN'S BEDROOM!
