Narconon Freedom Center Success

Coming into Narconon Freedom Center I was withdrawing from heroin, I couldn’t sleep at first and was refusing to do the processes that get delivered by the staff and at that moment I knew I was in a rough spot.

On day two I opened up to the staff and asked them to help make the pain go away from my withdrawal symptoms. I started getting the proper processes done and was getting a lot of assists that would help calm down the restless legs and get me through the moments of pain.

Narconon Freedom Center does not administer any drugs and just knowing that I can’t have anything to substitute made it easier to get through the hard time.

Now that I have completed the withdrawal step and got through it I know I can take on bigger and better things, that was by far the hardest obstacle I went through in my life so I know I can do more and I am excited to begin my next step of the program.

Heroin Overdoses On The Rise!

In the State of Michigan, drug overdose deaths rose 14 percent in the year of 2014.

In 2013, 1,535 people died from drug use and in 2014 those numbers went up to 1,745 people dying from drug use.

In 2014 drug overdose deaths were the leading cause of death where only 876 people died from car crashes and such related deaths.

Wayne county had 322 drug related deaths, while Detroit had 132, Oakland County had 127, Macomb County had 249, and Washtenaw County had 65. This is not including the entire state.
