Getting to Jury, A Strategy

I know people don’t like Houseguests saying their goal is to get to jury but there are very logical reasons to saying this:

1) It makes you non-threatening - If you say you just want to Jury that means you aren’t looking to make big moves and take out big targets and these believed to be big targets would be more willing to take you further. Like imagine this, Matt says “I don’t care about making it to Jury, I wanna win it all”, if you were Paul, You’d think “This assholes gonna take a shot at me”. But if you can both meet in the middleground and work together and get to Jury you both win. It’s essentially a Prisoner’s Dilemma where you are allowed to communicate.

2) A team can make it to Jury - Only one person can win but a team can make it to jury. So by saying you just want to make it to jury you are saying you are working in the best interest of the team and won’t take big shots at people in your team. Team unity is pretty important, if you can’t trust your team you all go bust.

3) It’s an achievable goal that leads to further goals - You gotta make it to Jury before you can win. Or else you’d end up like Cody and make big moves and then tell everyone you much rather lose prejury rather than make it to Jury. When obviously you will be making so much more money in Jury.
