I usually only draw Lloyd with Keith, and Bernard with Kai, but here's a glimpse of how the four of them used interacted each other ^^

Okay, I just have three things to say here:

"Poison" is used in more than one context here: romantic in the case of Lloyd and then Keith, and literal with the doodle below XD

There are two types of coffee people, and I'm like Bernie :3

Ah yeah, Lloyd has incredibly sharp sight, hearing, touch, and smell due to his alterations, so Kai will have to try a little harder.

And well, I had a good time drawing this. They were supposed to be simple doodles, but I also wanted them to look as nice as possible :>

RANDOM THOUGHTS AND OC LORE

Uh, everyday problems IRL and now I have artist's block when I wanted to draw, but I don't want to leave Tumblr inactive much longer, so here's some lore and OC stuff I've been thinking about.

First, the last thing I drew was this, based on my NV thing (officially called NuevaVega Stories for now, but it's too formal to use all the time). The Altered Ones, who are citizens with cybernetic modifications/alterations or descendants of them, have this thing in their eyes, an on/off symbol, and they glow when they experience strong emotions is already established ^^" Okay, so here's a little guide to which emotion each type of glow represents. It's not a super strict lore rule, but it's what I've been working with artistically for a while now.

Not related to my NV thing, but I was thinking, in my cube of OCs without a set world/linear story, I have Cinnamon and Cocoa, the librarian and the barista who live in a town with an autumnal aesthetic; I have Aria and Flynn, who are roommates, and I have this art of them but I think that landscape looks European)?

I have Symphony, who, despite looking like a tropical fish, loves it In cold water—next to her is a sea monster I haven't finished designing yet, but it's sometimes with her. So I was thinking of putting these six together to live in the same region and coexist as a group of antisocial friends, united because Cocoa, who is much more extroverted, invites them all to hang out :v

It could be the plot of a furry fella sipcom, one about romantic comedies or something like that -w-

If I get more ideas or artwork for this, I'll share them here ^^ In the meantime, que lo disfruten!! ✨✨

Gala Gals n Gala Guys

My friend designed this dress that I thought would look good on Amber, so I drew her in it. But then I had to draw Sky and Mio in dresses made from their assigned flowers too, and finally the boys in suits that are meant to match the girl's dresses and his own personalities (or something like that). I used a lot of Pinterest references to get to these designs, but it was fun ^^

They also look like Neapolitan ice cream, lol

Also, to use the outfits for something, I made these doodles of them at a gala party. The idea just came to me, and if I could draw these little scenes in my head more often, that would be great ^^

-NOAH I HAVEN'T SEEN YOU IN A WHILE :D

For those who don't know, Noah isn't a retired character; it's just that I thought the time travel subplot would be too complicated, so I scrapped it so now he's no longer part of the Main Gang. However, Noah remains a relevant character in the NuevaVega lore and still has some connection to Lloyd; for example, they still share a birthday.

This has nothing to do with anything, but since I'm here, I noticed my last post had more interaction than others. I wonder, was it because of the Digital Circus character image, my mention of the Hunger Games website… or the mention of the Twety One Pilots??? Because if it was the latter, I have a lot more to say. This music is really good ;w;

But that'll be for another post xd

You know, since I've been listening to this music a lot lately, I started considering doing some Twenty One Pilots fanart, until I remembered that I'm still not good at drawing real people, so I probably won't do it, but I'm definitely in the mood ^^"

And on a not-so-related note, my Ko-Fi, since it's a ghost town, is pretty abandoned, even though I said I would upload WIPs and PSDs of my art there behind a paywall. But that site also works for uploading/selling digital content, so I think I'll upload my OC illustrations that work as wallpapers there for free download as well. I haven't started on them yet, but so far the most popular vote was for Sky, followed by Ruthen, so I'll start on them as soon as I regain my arting spirit. It's been a busy couple of days, TwT

Oh and today I did the Hunger Games thing again with my ocs, last time I didn't save it but this time I did, and I'd like to share how it went with some doodles of the scenes later, I just have to organize a bunch of screenshots and make the doodles :v

Uhhh I don't know, just sharing my less violent thoughts of today, In the meantime, have a random doodle of Aria and Flynn xd

They're a beauty (not so) little family and I love them so much!! ;w;

I recently made some sketches for Main Gang illustrations in computer wallpaper format, but while I was deciding which character to draw first I ended up making this, a bit simpler but still big enough to put Paint Tool SAI to the test TwT

Now, the template I got this from is very kwon and all, but there are too many questions: why is Ben in prison if he's the least likely of the group to commit a crime? Dust is the son of a tycoon, and even so, he lost at Monopoly; And I'm not going to comment on Lloyd, I don't think there's any need. Idk me just tried to have some fun today :v

I mostly made it for myself, so I wouldn't spend the weekend without getting some art, but you can use it as a wallpaper too if you want ^^

Oh yes, also the sketches of the other illustrations I plan to do

And to think that they are the same guys here and there u .u

It was a lie that what I said before, I haven't stopped listening to Imagine Dragons, even so, 90% of my music these days has only been Imagine Dragons and Twenty One Pilots, I used to only listen to EDM, I don't know how I got here, but I don't regret it at all >:3

Uhh, anyway, I made more sketches of the Papá Luchón (Lloyd) lol

-The first one is similar to another one of "womb worship" I made before, I was also checking something with the proportions.

-The second one is one of my favorites. Not much to say, I just wanted a more everyday-looking context to see them interact and all that.

-The third one is supposed to be a remake of art from two years ago. I still have to fix some things, but it's nice to see the improvements ^^

-The fourth one is my favorite rn. Since there are a lot of characters with daddy issues, let's change things up a bit and do it the other way around, why not? :'D Their thinking is something like "I don't like her very much, but why doesn't she care about me?"

Idk, just escaping from creative block by drawing whatever I want in the moment until I get the courage to finish the pending art for others QwQ

It's cute and all until he realizes she might try the same thing when there's actually danger, then it's not cute anymore :')

I tried to correct everything possible with the anatomy and proportions but I have the impression that it still has errors, BUT AH IT'S ENOUGH-

And now, as father and daughter, they share a trauma :'D I'm horrible Ik-

Clearly, in this batch I only wanted to draw the characters but I didn't want to paint the bg or to many details :^

Although in the last one I put some shading and I think I liked it a lot :>

There isn't much context that can explain this one, maybe someone was bothering them and he doesn't want to she be bothered but gets bothered instead)? Hormones (from pregnancy) are contagious, I guess-

Sunflowers are Sky's flowers :3 But she won't turn into a sunflower, don't worry about that xd

Ruthen isn't exactly the most romantic, so you can bet he's taking some love tip from Ben or Keith (Keith for the Shrek reference ofc)

Lately I've been drawing more flowers, when normally it's difficult for me, but symbolism and such, the sunflowers were easier to draw though ^^

I don't have plans to participate in any drawtobers this year, I didn't even prepare for one, but later on I plan to do a "Meet the Artist", an "Art vs. Artist" (at my discretion), and a "Summary of Art". The last two will take a bit of time, though, since I want to wait until the end of the year.

Galaxy Garden

What do you think they're talking about? I think Keith is telling him the plot of Marvel's What If :v

Well let's see, I have a lot of things to say about this drawing, so give me a few minutes ;w;

I've had the idea for this drawing for a long time, I even tried to draw it before, but I've never finished it until now. A bit similar to the "Stars" story lol

But why does a military space base have a garden? Yeah, I wonder about that too. My idea is that it's a huge complex with different areas that serve purely for leisure, or maybe this isn't that base but is a different space station that has these green areas, Idk ^^"

Also, these blue flowers, balloon flowers or platycodon grandiflorus, are Keith's designated flowers, bc of the color and especially the symbolism behind it that I associate with Keith

And finally, I think I have to try to vary my color palette a little, I like how this looks with the colors I always like to use, but all the symbolism is lost by not using a scheme closer to the feelings it should convey, well I'll try better next time :^

Some of my characters and their assigned drinks (all alcoholic or caffeinated, or both in Mustard's case)

My plan is to do full drawings of these sketches (with my default chibi style ofc ofc), but it will take a long time, plus I have a lot of corrections to do on these sketches ^^"

(Btw, Tinto is a mild coffee originally from Colombia, it is similar to Americano, or Guayoyo in Venezuela but to the extent I know they are not the same, is bc in my head Anise is Colombian, maybe?) - But If there is any Colombian among you who can confirm or clarify this information, I would appreciate it ;w;

Uh, divaguing a little just because; when my characters have a flower, music, color, drink, etc. assigned to them, it's for something related to their personality and that, I don't know, helps me with character development and ideas for more art. Also, coffee deers named after spices Uw U

Anyway I just wanted to share those doodles xd
