ANYWAY this is about RETIRING MY MUSE. KILL ME.
When I first created Nathalia I was a mess tbqh. Creatively and in life. And like many of us who start rp or krp, I did it to escape the stress and struggles of real life. Nathalia was my first gateway to this community. She’s my baby, my number 1. I’m still struggling even now while I write this mess, on if it should be short and sweet or long and emotional. But like me, it’s gonna be HALFWAY AND AWKWARD AS FUCK HEEELLLLLOOOOOO SHIELDING MY FEELINGS.
Through Nathalia I got to develop my writing skills and meet amazing life long friends, and of course most importantly, my girlfriend. My waifey for lifey <3 I’m so grateful for everyone ad all the experiences and I’m so grateful for her. I’m so grateful to THE OG OF MY FAMILIES SINFUL/HOUSE OF SIN & INSOLITUS ACADEMY. NO WORDS CAN DESCRIBE MY THANKFULNESS AND LOVE WOARDS YOU IN THOSE FAMILIES AND ADMINS I LOVE YOU HI.
AND THANKFUL For Nathalia. MY CHILD. MY IDIOT. THIS FOOL. I LOVE HER. I’m so grateful for choi sooyoung for being the face of my dumb muse for SO LONG UGH

As much as I love you and her, it’s really hard for me to feel motivated here.
DON FRET.
I am not leaving KRP (I know some of you were hoping >3>)
I have decided to put Nathalia on an Indefinite Hiatus. So it’s like retiring.
sHE’S NOT ARCHIVED, not dead. and you can always come back from retirement?
So yeah.
UGH THIS IS FUCKING HARD SMASH THAT HEART IF YOU CAN RELATE TO RETIRING A MUSE HAHAAAAAAAAAAA
So I’ll still lurk on Nat and be on IMs from time to time and maybe (no promises) selectively rp, maybe reblog some sooyoung shit because SHE IS MYY QUEENNNN

“Sure. Badass. If that’s what you need to hear” she laughed lightly while giving him a friendly smile. “It’s true. I always like to drink a lot of water when I have alcohol. Best way to avoid the horros of hangovers. I’m too old and frankly, it wouldn’t make me look like a good parent would it.” Nathalia blinked a bit and looked at him before something in her mind clicked and her eyes widened in surprise. “Oh! Yes! I do remember seeing you as well! …Now I’m definitely confused on how you don’t feel as…disheveled as you look. You were pretty wild last night.” She crossed her arms and leaned against the wall, as holding her body weight up still was still taking too much energy. “Well, I’d like to thank my super power for getting me out of bed and looking prime this morning despite the party.” she grinned. “Do you remember anything from it?”
“M’lady, I don’t need to hear anything.” his voice was kind but he wanted to clear that up. What was it with the ladies at the academy? All of them seemed to more or less want to mock men or just assumed they were dirtbags. Oh my. “You’re too old? You look very young to me. You’re only old once you decide you are.” he could definitely call himself old all the time if he wanted to but he chose to be youthful instead. He had decades left and could call himself old later. In his mind parents were allowed to have fun too but he decided not to bring that up.
“The party don’t start until I walk in.. or something like that.” Avan laughed, brushing the wild strands of hair that had decided to cover his face. “I remember. I don’t usually drink until blacking out, not my thing. I enjoy socializing and having fun more.”
“Oh, sorry. I didn’t mean to offend. I guess I’m not as good at being casual as I thought I was.” she admitted, rubbing the back of her head. Truly, the woman had recently felt out of touch with herself and had no idea as to why. “Is it strange to say I’ve decided that I’m old? You know one of my favorite chocolate shops from childhood closed down last week, and it solidified it for me.” Nathalia shook her head, remembering the sign on the door as it had read ‘closed permanently’. “I think as well that on many days motherhood certainly ages me. So parties like last night remind me that I’m not an old lady.” she smiled and walked up to him. “Avan, that is a statement of only truths. It was like the energy of the party came when you did. It was wonderful. You’re very social.” she agreed with him and motioned her hand over to the hallway. “I was on my way into town if you’d like to come for a bite. I always get hungry after a night like that.”
“Why am I here?”. Krystal thought as she made herself comfortable on the chair she was sitting at that round table. The two other people in front of her seemed different, she hadn’t seen the boy around campus at all, or maybe she had, but her bad memory surely took care of it. The other girl’s or should she say woman’s, and because they had met before, her voice took her atenttion our of the thoughts. As the other girl kept talking, Krystal’s eyes focused on the map and other papers on the table, she even grabbed one of them to try and analyze it, she wasn’t even sure how she ended up in that kind of assignment, she just deciphered the code for fun, no one told her there was a mission behind it.
The Ice Being looked up again to face the girl asking her to introduce. “Ah, my name is Soojung, or you can call me Krystal. And I guess I’m not that good with my habilities yet, but I can make things freeze by touch, and produce ice in different forms”. Her ice attitude showed in her voice tone but the nervousness began taking control of her body. “And to be honest, I have never perfomed something like this, so I don’t think I’ll be able to help devising a plan but, again, I don’t think I can back out now, can I?”.
Krystal looked at both adutls in front, but her atention focued on the boy, who she had been expecting to talk now.
While the two were talking, Johnny decided to inspect the map instead, making sure to memorize it. He was leaning back on his seat to not make it obvious his eyes were focused on it, arms crossed loosely. Nathalia seemed alright company-wise — Krystal not so much. He wasn’t going to walk into something like this with someone who had no idea what they were doing. He’d done this before and he knew how within a second and one wrong move the situation could shift into something very dangerous.
“Johnny,” his introduction was short and firm, “you won’t get close enough to touch, or you’ll hope you won’t. This isn’t a game of touch and go.” He sighed and looked away, cursing the fact he’d been put in with someone so inexperienced. “I have my own weapons. If Krystal doesn’t know how to use one I wouldn’t give her a gun, I don’t want to get shot and don’t have the time to teach.” Harsh perhaps but when it came down to life and death, he sure as hell wasn’t going to have his life in someone’s hands who didn’t know what they were doing. “Do the ice thing instead, thanks.”
“I’ve learned not to question a lot of what the Headmaster does. We’re here and here together because the Headmaster believes we are the best combination that can rescue the two supernatural creatures.” She replied to Krystal, tucking a piece of hair behind her ear. “Don’t question yourself, we can’t risk that. Not for the two beings who are depending on us, and not fr our own lives.” She stated seriously as she eyed the map out of the building. Nathalia pulled out a sharpie from her jean pocket and started drawing routes into the map. “This here is the most direct and easiest way for us to succeed our mission. The only issue is that it is also the most dangerous. If we can do it, we can possibly leave without a scratch, but if we fail....” she trailed off. Nathalia glanced up the stairs again and cleared her throat. “Well, there just no room for failure.”
Nathalia leaned back and listened to Johnny, nodding in agreement at what he said. “As much as it would be a party to ice the shit out of everyone, it’s not effective or smart. If your ice can extend past yourself though, we can use that to more easily disarm any guards without being caught.” she thought out loud. “So, as much as we don’t want to get close, we might have to be extra close.” She watched the two look at her before answering. “We’re going to play pretend, as “The Following.” We can sneak into their ranks as they pull into their entrance from here,” she pointed out on the map, “this way we will look a part of the recon team. Once we get into the building, there isn’t much security wise besides guards. We can’t be fooled, as their guards are all equipped to handle the likes of us. That’s why we need Krystal.” She pointed out, looking at Krystal. “You are our best shot at getting out alive if we get caught. We’ll need to to escape. We can’t stop them, but we can slow them down.” She took a breath, picking up a glass of water and taking a sip before talking again. “Over here is where the most supernatural aura has been detected thus far, so this room in here is where our captives should be. It’s a clear path out once we save them. “The issue will become when I need time to heal them. They won’t be strong enough as is, and the three of us can’t carry all that dead weight and survive. So Johnny, that’s when you get to be the star. We’ll be counting on you and your skills to buy some time. Is there anything you guys would like to add or point out?” she looked at the two for suggestions.
Every year on Sooyoung’s birthday, fans do volunteer work. Aren’t these movements all because of Sooyoung’s influence?
Fans tell me that they do good work thanks to me but what I felt by doing charity bazaars or volunteer work with them is that everyone possesses such pretty hearts. So even if it wasn’t for me, I’m sure they would be doing good work sufficiently elsewhere. (cr.)
"You really shouldn't be walking alone so late at night. Have you not heard about the bodies? It's dangerous."
“Wait, are you threating me right now? Or are you being serious?”. Krystal said on the phone, the girl’s voice at the other side of the line was uknown to her. Something mysterious.
Her eyes widened in surprise at the other’s response. “Oh! Oh no, this isn’t a threat at all. I’m being completely serious. I can see you from my window.” she peered out the second story window down to the street where the other woman was standing under a street lamp. Ever since the murders began to take place around the Insolitus Campus, the rest of the Academy’s dimension had taken on an eerie and unsettling quality at night. “This might sound weird but just walk up the steps and come inside. It really isn’t safe for you out there.” she was being honest, and this time she hoped she sounded actually genuine instead of creepy. “Ah, the reason I have your number… you might be wondering. You and I have been assigned to go on a mission for the headmaster in a few days. I’m someone you can trust.”
"Hey, do you know the way to the wholesale store? I'm having a hard time."
“What the…” Bora blinked a couple of times, completely confused. “Uh… No, I’m sorry. I have no idea where that may be… perhaps you could check with the…uhm… floating map guy. Forgot his name, but I get a feeling he will be able to lead the way. Just look out for a guy that can turn into a floating map.” She nodded, completely serious, even if her words could be taken as a joke.
“Wha-- there’s a floating map guy...?” she matched the other’s expression of confusion with her own. “Are you new here? I’ve only been here for some time but I have this magical gift for getting lost all the time.” she sighed. “I don’t know of any floating map guy... besides the Map on Dora the Explorer. My daughter loves that map song.” she shook her head. “I’m sorry I haven’t even introduced myself. I’m Nat.” she smiled, bowing her head at the other woman before fixing her scarf. “DO you know where this map-to man fellow could be?”
“Alright, so before we get anywhere with this, let’s start off with some introductions. We’re not all familiar with one another so we need to know what we can in order to work best as a team. Is that alright?” Nathalia looked to the other two people sitting across the circular table in the basement of her Vighulir home. It was one of the only places they had that was private and safe; away from seeking ears and peeking eyes. “I’m Nathalia, but you can call me Nat. bout a year ago I discovered I was a healer. I specialize in natural healing and have a knack with chemicals. Any weapons we need, I can have it taken care of.” she nodded before looking over to the two adults. “On the table I have laid out what I could get mapping on of the Old factory up north in Seoul. As per the headmaster’s orders, we’ve been selected to perform a search and rescue mission. Let’s devise the best plan we can and complete this with all of us coming our safe and alive.” she paused to look up towards the stairway that lead to the main floor. “I have three kids and a husband who probably want me to be alive after today.” she smiled and looked at the other woman. “Your turn.” she said politely.
“I know, thank you.” He said, notably congested and covered his head with his hoodie. Christian didn’t get sick often which means it hits him hard when he catches a cold. He wouldn’t have left his house but it was completely necessary and now he was feeling worse and miserable.
Despite him being an idiot she was nice to him, well, he was sick after all, he didn’t have the energy to argue back or decline her offer of tea and a warm blanket.** “My body hates me now, I know, I can’t stand myself sometimes either.” He said with a soft chuckle and wrapped himself in the soft blanket that felt a lot better than his big coat. “It’s almost the end of the month so I wanted to check the accounting which isn’t actually my job but I just like everything to be in order.”**
Slowly, he was laying down on the couch until he was curled up with the blanket covering him for complete. ** **
She could tell that he wanted to argue, but considering how ill the man was there was no way he could even consider holding much more conversation. :We all hate ourselves a little bit sometimes.” she chimed in, then immediately blinked while letting out a small laugh. “Wah, that was kind of depressing wasn’t it?” When he explained why he was at work she sighed. “You have to learn to stop doing that. You can’t micromanage everything. Trust your team more, yah, before it ends up killing you.” she shook her head and notioned to the fact that he was more sick than he should have been due to the stress of work. The noise of the kettle started the woman as it went off in the kitchen. She quickly stood up, letting her friend know that she would be right back and shuffled to move the kettle from the hot burner to a cool and unused one. She put a couple red mugs,a cup of sugar cubes and a cup of tea in a tray with some spoons. Then she poured the hot water from the kettle into a ready teapot. Nathalia returned once she had placed the teapot onto the tray, setting it down gently in front of her. “I can understand why you’ve been worried though,”she continued, “this last quarter has been hard for a lot of people. It’s concerning how rapidly the market ha changed.”
Christian remained quiet, watching her move and listening to her as well, she seemed to be scolding him as if he was a little boy but it was needed, someone should have said all those words to him and she took care of it, well who else would have done that? His friends? They were as busy as he was.
His eyelids felt heavy but he tried to stay awake since she was preparing tea for him and it would be disrespectful to just make her waste her time. He sat up straight and bowed slightly to thank her; the tea was still too hot to be drinkable but it was enough to melt the sugar cubes so he grabbed two and dropped them inside, stirring slowly with the teaspoon. “This month was too slow, we know it’s always slow at the beginning of the year but not this much…” He explained, lifting his mug finally to blow cool air and sip. “I guess I can use this time to get better.“
Although Nathalia was not significantly older than Jiyong, she felt the need to advise him not only as his elder, but also as someone who was also involved with the management of a company (her father’s) as well as the fact that she was a mother. The two of them were just both lucky her children were asleep at this time. “I know what I’m saying is obvious but sometimes we disregard the obvious things, you know what I mean? We all need those reminders.” she tried her best to not come off as condescending to the man
She listened to him quietly as he explained why he had been overworking himself and nodded. She could sympathize with how he felt. “Yes, I noticed that as well. I feel like we were badly set up for these first two months since this summer though. We were all aware of how lousy the market was just a few months ago, especially in the western world.” she added and looked at him. “Even still, we should take this time to be proactive; prepare even more for the year to come with this extra time we have now. Perfect our plans and take action to balance all our budgets while we can to have a stronger hold on this next quarter.” It was obvious she was saying this earnestly, and it was also obvious that she was expressing her take on his situation, suggesting to him what she herself was doing.
Nat noticed Jiyong getting sleepy, and appreciated his respectful gesture of staying awake for the tea. “Once you’ve finished your cup, please rest. I’ll just be in the study. I have a lot of paperwork to catch up on.” she sighed, thinking about everything that was held off while she had been on maternity leave. “You can stay as long as you feel comfortable.”she finished in a warm voice before standing up and excusing herself.
