Even after Eve had been in town now for a few months and had visited a few times before to see Genesis, she was still lacking the proper knowledge to get around town. The blonde sat down at the bar, her gaze moving over the sunset that had set in. "I have no idea how I actually survived in New York City, since I keep getting lost in this place. But the sight of this sunset makes up a lot for it," the woman said to no one in particular at the bar with her. "How long have you been in Briar Ridge?"

Firefly Brewery wasn't a place that Thea Waldrof stepped foot into very often. In fact, she could count on one hand the amount of times she'd been in here, she was sure of it. She could down some alcohol with no questions asked, but most of her drinking was done in the comfort of her own home. And while she could also be social - just ask nearly anyone that had ran into her on the street when she was feeling more at ease and conversational - something about being in this large of a crowd of people made her a little more anxious, a little less chipper and definitely a lot more eager for a drink. The group of girl's she'd come in with had definitely made themselves noticeable - a group of females ranging ages thirty to forty five all wearing black with the exception of one wearing white seemed very very obvious what they were there for - and while she was thankful she wasn't the one wearing white this time, she definitely didn't love the idea of being approached by all the men in the bar looking for their chance to 'sleep with a bridesmaid'; why the maid of honor had wanted to attend a bar for the bride's bachelorette party, but, she wasn't the one to make that decision and certainly wasn't going to say anything, so instead she let out a few small smiles, her eyes averting as she looked for any sort of distraction, her 'bad influence' black bridesmaid sash already getting on her nerves as she tapped her fingers against the bar top. When she was approached by none other than Nathaniel - the owner of the bar and also the guy she'd been talking to on Tinder - she let a smile form on her lips, one last fake laugh escaping her lips before her eyes searching him, pleading with him to help distract her and she sighed once he'd approached. "Thank God." she laughed as the guy she'd been talking to left her side, soon followed by another bridesmaid that followed him onto the floor. "I've never had to pretend to be so giddy in my life. Walking into the brewery, Cameron let out a sigh of relief. He'd survived week one of owning Luther's. It was too early to tell if this was going to be a colossal mistake on his part or not, but so far he felt good about the decision. It would afford him a lot of quality time with his daughter and would keep a Briar Ridge institution open. It would just take a little while before Cameron felt confident in his own restaurant owning responsibilities.

But he'd made it through week one and he was going to chalk that up as a win. So he'd headed to Firefly for a celebratory drink and to thank its owner for all of his help. Nathaniel had graciously offered him advice and a listening ear when Cameron needed it about running a business in this town. Taking a seat at the bar, he quickly spotted Nathaniel helping out another customer. Cameron waited until the other man was clearly done before waving him over. "Wellp, thanks to your very crucial advice, I am currently celebrating my one week anniversary of being a Briar Ridge business owner. What's your best drink for celebrating anniversaries?" he asked with a grin.

"And just like you with pottery, I can scrub and scrub, but there's always that lingering scent of hops and malt on my hands."

Nolen was off on his lunch break from his pottery studio. So he was a little messy as he was just done teaching one of his classes on pottery. It was fine he was well used to being messy. That the apron never did cover everything on you. That if there was going be a mess it was going to hit where the apron didn't cover.

He had gone to one of the local pizza shops to get himself a few slices. He didn't need or want enough for a full pie. So he got two slices for now and went to find a table but it was busy inside so he was out of luck. He sighed as he a table with another lone person. He walked over "Mine if I join you? There isn't anything open right now" he asked with a smile hoping the other didn't mind.
