Thought I’d switch things up so I made a tofu scramble for breakfast along with these few strawberries we had that were almost going bad, had some green tea to go along with it ofc :) I painted my nails too since my finger nails look awful from picking at them when I’m anxious so hopefully this helps me stop. I’m allowing myself to eat a bit more than usual as I’m doing a Chloe Ting workout challenge (you can thank tik tok lmao) so I don’t feel as guilty since I’m burning it off plus I need energy because her workouts are crazy tiring or I’m just out of shape lmao but yeah :) oh! Really hope everyone is doing well, I know being stuck in the house is difficult especially when battling with an ed so if anyone ever needs someone to talk to my dm’s are always opened ♡
Today hasn’t been too bad, food wise. I had oatmeal with blueberries for breakfast w green tea which was 163cal, and I’ve just had my last meal which was two rice cakes topped with half a small smashed up avocado and Everything But the Bagel seasoning (basic Ik lol) i ended up not eating the two dates because the rice cakes filled me up so I think it’s around 120 cal but I’m not sure. I’m trying to not count calories as much and just trying to eat as clean as possible and have small portions. I also exercised which was just 6 ab workouts that I did 3 rounds of all for a minute and after went on a run but I’m not sure how many cals that was burned off. So far only 283 cals for today..my minimum is 500cal a day and max is 800cal but it may vary depending on how productive/how much I worked out that day. |4/22/20|
