GREEN smoothie, packed with essential nutrients to start a kick ass day! 💚 As I was blending this, I realized there was some kombucha leftover from yesterday. What a nice surprise 😃 Contains spinach, cucumber, green apples, parsley, pears, kiwi, ginger, lime, and kombucha. High in fiber (talk about morning bowels!), polyphenols and antioxidants, B vitamins, probiotics, vitamins K, A, C, and iron. Perfect post workout smoothie as it is anti-inflammatory. Personally I like to drink this on my way to school. Great for breastfeeding mothers since it contains many vitamins and minerals, especially folic acid. The parsley adds a diuretic effect; however pregnant women should consume parsley in moderation as it stimulates uterine contractions due to the high vitamin C 💚🌌 Amani na upendo 🌌💚
