We went out today!

We went to a train themed restaurant where a RC train around the main table area brings you your food - I just ordered Mac and cheese bites w/ fries and a cream soda since nothing else seemed very appetizing at the moment. It was very good

We went to their outside area after to burn off some energy, they have a big playground area that’s pretty woodsy which I like. They have little chicks towards the back they usually sell and you can go handle them. I always liked going and sitting with the chicks for a while, they’re always fun to hold and pet

Nobody here knows that they were eating around a big scary recom kitty 🤫🤫🤫 /kin

We just went home after whatava else not much! I’m so tired

Ykw time it is!! It’s shit vent post time because writing in a proper diary book is boring

One thing I deeply hate about myself is how attached I get to some ppl - especially those like my CG or ppl I generally become super close with (or so I feel like)

ifeel like I often rely on them far too much for things like comfort, validation, whatever else. It affects my mood sometimes too which isn’t good I’m aware

Sometimes I worry that my neediness or general want for attention or want to talk to them will cause burnout for the other person involved and I don’t want that to happen because I don’t want them to decide that I’ve become too much and that it would be better to leave me

I’m not sure what I’m meant to do when I get so attached to certain people or how to combat it. Because I don’t want to be a problem or something that my friends feel like they HAVE to take care of. I don’t want my friends to feel like talking to me is a chore or a job that they have to do. I just wabt my friends to love me and. I want a normal, healthy relationship with them instead of something harmful and toxic. But it’s hard not to get attached. I don’t even know why it happens

Even if they go inactive for a while, even if it’s not that long, I worry that maybe something happened to them , Or maybe I did something wrong. Maybe they stopped liking me. Maybe they don’t care anymore. And I know that all of this is just my brain lying to me. I know that very well. Yet it’s so persistent it’s hard not to believe sometimes. It feels real. Or at least I can only hope it isn’t real and my friends are telling me the truth when they say they still care

Or even if their tone feels/sounds even slightly off, I get anxious thinking maybe they’re mad at me for some reason or annoyed/irritated. But surely they’d tell me.. right?

I try to not bother my friends/the ppl I love too much because I don’t want to make them feel trapped or smothered. Although I don’t think I’ve been doing very good at it with my CG I feel like I bother them way more than I should with my stupid problems. Sometimes I worry that they will one day decide they don’t want to keep doing this with me, and they won’t want to be friends, or my ‘parent’ anymore. (For context I see this person as more of a dad than my biological dad or my mom’s bf). Although this goes for everyone im friends with, I don’t want them to leave.

At the same time, no one’s obligated to stay and deal with my things or anyone else’s things and have free will to leave if they want to and I understand why they’d want to. It would still hurt but id still understand because ppl need to take care of themselves too. We aren’t built to take care of someone else all the time

Which is why I try not to be so much of a problem. But it’s so hard to manage with ppl I want to be close with all the time and want to talk to. I feel the need to tell them everything. My feelings, my day, what happened, what’s possibly happening in the future, the past, vents, rants, positive rants/vents, whatever comes to mind really. It’s hard to NOT want to talk to my favorite ppl because life feels so dull and empty without them

A, S, M are very important ppl in my life, and I’m so scared that I’m going to ruin everything at some point because I’m worried I’m going to be a carbon copy of my disgusting ex

I don’t know what’s wrong with me outside of being AuDHD. I want answers and I want proper help. So so so bad. But i feel like that help is never coming

I know FP is a bpd term for the most part, and I’m not diagnosed (I suspect it in myself - gonna talk to a therapist or whatever), but I feel like I struggle greatly with having a FP/favorite person. I’ve been thru this before many times. Time and time again and I don’t want to hurt them. I don’t even know why this happens, I don’t choose for this attachment to happen and I don’t know how to deal with it. I’ve never been good
