I woke up crying again. The self-loathing feels intense tonight.

The first few thoughts in my head? Which way to die and which options are available to me at this very moment.

It's become physically painful, my self-hate. It's as if my body itself is rejecting my existence. I wish I could just disappear.

I feel so insignificant, so useless. Irrelevant. Just like trash. I feel empty and it's getting worse.

I can't say I'm not love because I know my family does. I just can't feel it sometimes. I'm aching all over that I know nothing else.

How did I even get here? How did I get to this point in life? I feel like I've hit rock bottom but I'm still falling.

I guess I just need to sleep it off. Wake up later when the sun has come up. And act like nothing happened.
