IN FANDOM WE TRUST WEEK

What’s better than canon? Fandom. Every time, without a doubt, fandom > canon. In honor of the NCIS fandom and it’s breadth of amazing creators we have here in our little corner of the internet (as well as a tiny bit of sticking it to the pieces of canon that could’ve done way better), let’s celebrate us! Whether you write fics, make gifs, create moodboards, edit videos, draw fan art, or come up with the best comments & reblogs, whatever your thing is- come do it with the entire NCIS fandom! The themes for each day will be listed below with three alternates if you don’t have inspiration for a particular day. Each piece of content will be reblogged here so please tag with #ncisfandomweek and/or #infandomwetrustweek. Feel free to create for any ship, any major or minor character, whoever you want in the NCISverse. We’re here to celebrate the content the show gave us to create such an explosive fandom along the way 💥😉

July 12th - 18th

I really love the idea that Tony and McGee kept filling Ellie’s snack drawer after that first time and then McGee kept going after Tony left. And that when Nick got there, it was something he came to start doing too.

The Good Sort of Up All Night

Calling an audible for this one and invoking rule 28 to use the alternate theme Favourite Episode. “Love Thy Neighbor", this episode was wacky af and rife with Slibbs subtext. I will never not be convinced they got together between the end of S15 and the start of 16, with this episode set firmly in the honeymoon phase. As with Day 1, I employ the term “favourite” here with reckless abandon. Very, very short and rather unnecessary fill in scene.
