Also I have to stop taking my meds. My refills ran out and I haven’t had the chance to go to the doctors yet, I have an appointment on the 12th of April. I was on lithium and abilify. Hopefully I’m not put on that again cuz I work at mcdonalds and cant drink enough water to stay hydrated. Lithium was fine tho, maybe a higher dose would do me good, although I’m worried about doing that.

I have a question that google cannot answer. It is for all my spiritual friends. Can spirit guides unclaim you? If they can what happens? And also can they regress spirituallly. For context to the last question, I was thinking about how the idea of “heaven” or higher consciousness/ dimensions sound kinda boring cause like what, you’re telling me all you have is love and light and that’s enough. I would call myself a spiritual person but at the same time I’m like do I really know what it will be like? No I do not. Anyway that made me think of my spirit guides being like holy shit theyre right, and then automatically being transported into a lower dimension. Thank you kindly for your help.

So I’m not sure if this is real or not, but picture this! I’m sitting alone on the stairs, talking to the hallucinations, and one of them is my roommates voice saying he’s gonna kill me. Like ok bitch if u really think u can! Anyway that was yesterday and I’m still alive, and he’s still alive. It should be easy for me to say no it’s not real, but he’s always doing shit to make me uncomfortable, I low key think he’s a sociopath and I don’t use that term lightly. Anyway and then yesterday afternoon I’m minding my business, hours later, and he comes down the stairs and just starts staring at me, like hardcore and I look up and he looks away, and I’m like did u need something? He did not need something, he literally didn’t need a thing from up there so what the fuck was it for? Don’t worry I’m not about to take him out before he gets me. I know delusions and hallucinations can be very convincing sometimes, especially mixed with at bear minimum an idiot who doesn’t give a fuck about peoples triggers or personal space.
