Anna comes up with a plan to curb Elsa’s late night working. Every day she is allotted 5 kisses. She can spend one to get an hour of paperwork time after dinner, up to a total of 5. Any kisses left after work is done are redeemable in Anna’s room.
It worked well until Elsa stopped playing by the rules. Now she has to constantly tell the guards than no, they don’t need more guards in the castle, despite Anna’s loud and insistent cries of “Thief!” and “Kiss stealer!”
