Seriously though, people need to stop commenting on what people are eating frivolously. It's not really constructive, and can actually lead to some very serious diseases. Unless you are genuinely concerned your friend has an eating disorder or is actively hurting themselves by the way they eat, there is no reason to comment. If you are concerned, you should talk to them about it, but probably not right when they are eating.
