so what i’m getting from this is that mizi could never again bear to see the look in sua’s eyes when she thought mizi was going to die.

and so instead the look she gets from sua in the end is this:

a smile.

part of the reason she couldn’t find it within herself to stop sua is because she could not bear to see sua so devastated again - she wants so deeply for her to be happy that even when it’s in the most fucked up way.

in the end, it was what made sua smile, and mizi did not know how to deny her of that.
