We will be careful. We will be kind. We will be Never fairies at our best. - These are the words Queen Clarion recites whenever a new quest to save Neverland begins
2025 marked 20 years since the Quest for the Egg happened. Disney Fairies was a series that made my childhood and inspired me in many ways. It's something I love going back to, and I intend to continue this (take it or leave it 💅✨)
To honor being a Pixie Hollow (or Fairy Haven) fan for past two decades, I redrew my very old fan art for Fairy Dust and the Quest for the Egg. I was meant to finish this new version back in September, but I went through an art block and instead was drawing other things
For slightly better context, at the end I'm featuring some of the book's illustrations that were my moodboard for this drawing. Long story short: A dangerous hurricane destroys Mother Dove's egg, source of Neverland's magic; three fairies are then chosen to go on a quest to optain three treasures for the evil dragon, in exchange for his flame, the only thing able to restore the egg and prevent Neverland from disappearing forever
Fairy Dust and the Quest for the Egg was written by Gail Carson Levine and illustrated by David Christiana
To everyone involved in creation of Disney Fairies, thank you so much for bringing the world and characters I loved for so many years. Thank you especially for creating Rani 💖

I’m still missing half of the batch but, just like any other project I start, I get cut off in the middle of working on in. It will be completed in a year, or, during summer, you’ll see a Santa Hunter, I don’t know XD
I recently went to a convention’s Artist Alley and, while waiting to sell something (spoiler it didn’t happen), I started sketching some of my favorite characters and I did my precious girl.
I am getting out of the longer artblock I’ve ever experienced and nor digitally nor on paper I can draw as I’d like. I tried polishing the pencil sketch as much as I could, fixing up all of the mistakes and misproportions I drew Prilla with. She’s absolutely my favorite character from the Disney Fairies franchise and I recently applied to @tinkerbellzine and I thought I should get back in shape drawing fairies.
I always loved how gracious the fairies looked in the illustrated books and I envy those poses, I noticed that my drawings look really stiff and I’m working a lot on that aspect. I’m pushing myself on anatomy, perspective and color, which are my weakest points. I can see an improvement over the last years and I’m happy with what I achieved but I can do so much more! Never stop studying and drawing and getting out of my comfort zone have always been my best allies in learning how to draw.
Some Star Wars fanart I’m doing to get ready for the Star Event, held by EmPisa in Pisa on the 6-7 of May.
I’m planning some more small illustration to print and give away as gifts for the children who’ll attend the event as padowans.
I would have loved if my parents brought me to such events when I was younger but they never did so I want these kids to have the best time ever and get great memories with their families!
I attended Milano Games Week Cartoomics as an artist for the first time and I worked non stop for 8h for two days doing nothing but drawing at the booth for all the people who stopped by. I did 50+ A5 drawings, these are some of them. I don’t have pictures of all the drawings because most of them were directly handed to the people there.
It was fun, it was exhausting and my eyes were pretty tired by the end of it but I’d totally do it again!
AU where he is a vampire and she was just exploring what she thought was an abandoned castle. Turns out he lived there and, through some hardships, they become enemies to lovers.
One of the biggest drawings I did so far, this one took me 6 hours to finish!
I was really focused on the tiny details to make these Obscurio(s) the most accurate possible to both the card illustration and their figure. In the end, I’m very happy with the result!
Of course I had to draw Prilla as well, so she ended up in the middle of the picture, trying to understand wether or not she has to fight for her life this time.
I included some close ups on each Obscurio so you can see their faces!
