Summary:
Set in a community college in Salem, Oregon. It is the first year that Salem Community College is allowing RADs, Regular Attribute Dodgers AKA monsters, to attend openly. The perspective shifts between Frankie Stein and Rochelle Goyle as they face academic challenges, messy relationships, and college drama. Rochelle is attending SCC, leaving Paris for the first time to attend the only RAD-accepting college. In her first class, she sees a familiar face. Frankie is also in their first year, but they have their core group of ghoul friends to support them. Frankie hopes that this year will be incredible, but realizes that there may still be room for improvement in RAD-Human relations.
