Let’s look at the facts: Taylor and Di first officially met on September 5, 2011.
Taylor met Ed to write a song together, most likely Everything Has Changed, on May 15, 2012.

Taylor and Ed visited a recording studio on May 28, 2012, most likely recording Everything Has Changed that day.
Taylor spent July 4, 2012 at Hyannis Port with Dianna, which is the day she met Conor.
Some articles state that Taylor and Conor’s first date was July 25, 2012, (Which by the way, is the day after he turned 18. Paula, wtf. Ew. The kid was still in HIGH SCHOOL.) while this article claims it was July 31, 2012, but either way, the first TaCo outing was in mid or very late July. As in, after May 15-28, meaning Everything Has Changed was definitely written and recorded before Conor and is definitely not about Conor. Ed said that Taylor was in a relationship already when they wrote EHC together. The timeline just doesn’t add up to it being about him.

so if they didn’t meet until way after the album came out and didn’t date until the end of 2012, EHC is not about Harry and neither is IKYWT (And neither is Wonderland, shut up and sit down, Haylors. Wonderland is a Swiftgron song.), is an Aquarius. Dianna is the closest to Gemini. Gemini is also the sign for twins, and Di had this thing back then about having a tomboy alter-ego named Charlie. It was all over her Tumblr, and the Faberry fandom (she was in Glee at the time and that was her big femslash ship) wrote tons of fics where her character was a twin. Twins were definitely a thing people associated with Di at the time.

And if anyone is curious why if Swiftgron met in 2011 and the line says ‘since eighteen hours ago‘, Ed said “She pretty much came with the song and was like, 'Which bits would you change?’ and I was like “Oh, I dunno.’ She pretty much had the verse, bridge and chorus done.” and we obviously have no way of knowing but can assume the lyric was at least in her head and most likely a note in her phone eighteen hours after they met but you know, you can’t write a lyric like that about someone you won’t meet for another couple of months, so no, it’s not about Conor or Harry, or any guy that was hanging around in 2012. It’s about Dianna Agron.
