I follow a healthy lifestyle and like to share the food I choose to stay healthy with. Being inspired with something you are passionate with is so important to try and inspire others. I struggled with hypothyroidism at a young age, causing me to gain a lot of weight in my last years of college. Now down over 75 pounds, I hope my food and posts of my journey will inspire others to find a passion and become inspired by it. Life gets hard and sometimes you want to give up on yourself. Sometimes you don't feel like going to the gym or eating healthy, but no matter what life throws at you, you should never stop. Never stop striving towards your goals. Never stop succeeding. Never stop progressing. Most importantly : Never Stop Nutrition.

This going to be hard for me but it's been a long time coming. I have not been myself lately. I have my good days but some days are just down right frightening. I lash out at the people I love most out of stress and frusteration. I choose on my off days to do nothing and be consumed with my thoughts instead of doing activities that once made me happy. I allow others to get the best of me and try to destroy my character. I have lost a few friends due to feeling like they didn't value my friendship with them the way that I did. I was stretching myself extremely thin to please everyone else and try and be the best person for everyone that I eventually lost myself along the way. This past month, I have slowly regained that person. There was a couple bumps here and there, but ultimately I feel like I'm getting back to the person I once was. I've realized that I can't control every situation and the outcomes. I've realized that allowing myself to be consumed by the toxic around me started allowing me to envision what it would be like if I wasn't around anymore. (scary) I've realized it is impossible to make everyone happy, so focus on what you can do to make you happy. I've realized no matter how hard I try, someone will always be there to try and knock it down. I've realized to stop lashing out at the people that have never left my side and calm myself down before a situation gets worse. For those who have experienced me at my worst times, I apologize. For those who neglected me when all I did was reach out to be a good friend, thank you because you showed me how little I meant in your life and I don't need people in my life like that. For those who saw me at my worst and stood by me, I love you. It's not healthy to constantly consume yourself with the toxicity of the world around you. There is a lot of bad in the world. That's true, but there is so much more good in the world . I have always been an over achiever, a dreamer, a philanthropist and someone who truly enjoyed every bit of life. This past year has been a challenging one for me because I lost who I was. Well, she's making a comeback! Nothin but #goodvibes and #happiness from here on out.

She never let her size or her haters define who she was. Even now, as a professional supermodel, she is still criticized to lose weight because she isn't "healthy". I don't follow celebrities often, but i do follow @theashleygraham She embraces her curvy shape and is very much in shape. She works out every single day and eats healthy. SHE is comfortable in her own skin and she doesn't care what anyone thinks. By genetics and nature, my body is curvier and larger than most women and it is definitely tough to maintain at times, but no matter how much weight i lose, I will always be curvy. i can have a completely fat stomach, but i will still have thunder thighs, a large bosom and breasts. It's my genetics and i am happy with that. I'm my biggest critic when it comes to myself and my body. i have come extremely far in my fitness journey and now i am healthier than ever, but yet i still catch myself pushing myself harder because I am unhappy with a part of my body. We are not perfect and I am ok with that. What I am not ok with is being medicore and not pushing myself to the limit. That's why i'm in the gym everyday. Breakfast was delicious this morning 💪😊 Protein Waffles 1 egg 1 scoop optimum nutrition whey protein- cake batter 1 tsp baking powder I tsp natural peanut butter Enough water for texture Toppings I used was : Walden farms pancake syrup Handful of blueberries I used spray butter to condition the waffle iron. The ingredients above make 2 waffles. I only ate one of them. Enjoy :) Calories: 181 Fat: 9 Carbs: 7 Protein: 20
Have you tried Kelp noodles before? I just made shrimp stirfry with them and they taste JUST like RAMEN! Check out this recipe :) Shrimp Stir-fry Serves 5-6 1 package of kelp noodles, rinsed in cold water 2 pounds of shrimp, peeled and tail off 4 peppers, assorted colors 3 cups of fresh broccoli florets 3 heads of onion 4 gloves of garlic 2 packages of sazon seasoning 3 tbsp olive oil Nutrition per serving: (7 shrimp per serving) Net Carbs 9g Fat 4g Protein 22g Directions: Place shrimp in water to defrost and take tail off and plast noodles in water for about 10minutes. Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil first. Then add shrimp, sautee for a few minutes. Then add peppers and broccoli. Then add noodles last and mix and sautee on high. Add 2 sazon packages and a dash of sea salt and garlic powder. Mix until kelp noodles are fully cooked- they will look like RAMEN. Enjoy! 👌✔💪
