I used to be ninefoldrin but tumblr hates trans women. I have no idea what I posted to trigger the termination other than being trans. If you're not paying attention, they've been banning a lot of trans women recently and there's a good chance this blog will go down again too. If you'd like to be able to find me again if I lose this blog, you can follow my bluesky and I'll post there if it happens. I don't really use bluesky, but that should make it a viable place to find me if I get termed and tbh, every trans woman should probably have a place somewhere online to post updated tumblr links 'cause damn it's hard to find everyone again.

I'll do a better pinned later, I just want something that better reflects how I'm feeling right now.

police departments love to be like "we need more money to fight all the crime that's been happening lately" and they show a graph with crime going up at then you look into the numbers and it's like "the ten percent increase in crime was correlated with a ten percent increase in active policing hours" and it's like oh okay so the crime factory needs more money because the crime factory stayed open late to manufacture more crime in order to convince us to give more money to the crime factory. Citations could be so awesome without copyright. Imagine just being able to click on a footnote and it takes you to the exact section of another book being quoted. Imagine how much that would do for stemming misinformation.
